We were greeted within minutes of the Oz Design Nunawading store, not quite sure what we wanted but by the end of the 2 hours, we left with a purchase of our most beautiful custom-designed modular sofa which arrived only 4 weeks after the store visit. Ale and Jodie were just the best with their service, gave great advice and tips.
Our sofa is as beautiful as what we imagined and as a bonus Australian made! I’ve never left any feedback on any furniture we have bought but this experience with Oz Design coupled with the sofa we had purchased has made me one very happy customer and I’m rather hard to please, so well done Oz Design at Nunawading!

The Oz furniture design store in nunawading has a great flowing layout. We found our dream couch in 3 minutes.
The sales guy was helpful and maintained a healthy distance and gave us time until he saw that we needed some advice. There was a great selection of fabrics to choose from.
The couch has a reverse chaise which is a stroke of genius and time between ordering, making and delivery was very reasonable.
Due to the limited entrance space we had it delivered partly dissassembled which is handy.
The guys who delivered it were super efficient and friendly.
Not a single complaint from us about service and quality.

Pleasant atmosphere in store. Good range of products. Very helpful staff (Allie went the extra mile for me with her considered advice). Notification and pick up of product was efficient. Didn't have to assemble product (important for me).

Easy to navigate store and beautiful displays. Love the items I chose. Will definitely buy goods from this store again. Easy to attach legs on chairs and quality is wonderful.

We mentioned the drawers did not pull out properly when your delivery people were here, we were told they would loosen up. Left hand drawer opens fully, middle one okay, right hand drawer at least seven centimetres less than left hand drawer.
Very awkward moving shelves in cupboards as they are screwed in very tightly from underneath.
Apart from these two issues, unit looks lovely.

Easy to view and choose from the furniture in store, great range and quality, pickup from the warehouse was timely and chairs were easy to assemble. Very satisfied with quality of chairs! They are comfortable and well made, very sturdy and sewn well.

Staff were polite and helpful. Pick up was easy. However we wrongly assumed that the furniture was Australian made because of the name, overall we are happy with the purchase.

The store was very easy to navigate and the range of products on display gave us many options to choose from and we have no problem at all with the quality of our purchase.We would have no hesitation purchasing from Oz Design in the future.

We helped ourselves In The store. Well payed out. Good options. Bookcase came assembled. Store staff assured us would easily be delivered upstairs but delivery men were not told or happy to do this. Had to argue to get them to take upstairs. It fit no worries.

Great store, great service with great advice! Was able to put in requests for furniture eg a solid timber back on hutch and no holes cut in tv unit. Delivery was delivered on time!

My store visit was the most friendly and helpful. Purchased a coach which is exactly what I wanted. The best fabric and comfort. 5 star rating in all aspects. Navigation of the store was easy and the furniture on display gave me a great indication of what I was purchasing

Went into the store selected what I liked took a brochure home to show my husband. Rang the store to order our goods, Wayne was extremely helpful. Goods arrived 2 weeks later, delivery guys placed the furniture, great hobby them, couldn't be happier with our purchases and service

- Wayne at the Nunawading store was very helpful. He was attentive but not annoying when we were looking through the store. He also let us know of options to slightly change the item compared to what was on the floor in order to better suit our needs
