We purchased our Hudson lounge from the Auburn store and found all the staff very friendly. Christine was so pleasant to deal with, we purchased our lounge and we we’re so happy with it, we went back a few days later for a recliner. Christine is very pleasant, helpful and knows her product. The store is very clean and well stocked. Delivery guys came on time and were very professional too.

We were looking to purchase two sofas and went to the Auburn Plush store to explore the ranges. Christine offered amazing service. She was generous with her time in showing us the product ranges and explaining all the options available. We took our time trying each sofa and Christine was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She introduced us to the Dover and we decided it was perfect for us! We have been shopping around for a sofa for awhile now and we managed to bump into Christina Banh twice at the Auburn and Castle Hill store. She was very polite and helpful. There was no pressure in making a sale and gave us all the information we needed. We decided to purchase a beautiful lounge from Plush as they have some timeless designs and was highly recommended from some of our friends.

My sofa had a fault in the recliner and Peter organised a time that fit my work schedule to come and check it out. He was friendly, efficient and professional. He followed up by organising a new motor in time for my housewarming party. Thanks for your amazing customer service. Oh and my friends love my new lounge!!

I bought my plush lounge about 2years ago and have been so happy with it since. It is super comfortable and stylish and still looks brand new. The service at the Auburn store was amazing, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I highly recommend plush!

I have purchased multiple lounges from the manager Christine at Plush Auburn for myself and family members . Not once did Christine dissapoint me with her strong knowledge on the products and offered us friendly service with a big smile. Christine works alongside with two young friendly team who has provided us with impeccable services with such great prices too!

The delivery team from Auburn was also spot on! Hassell free and great communication!

Easy to find on the main road. Lots of products in store as well. Happy with the purchase made. The manager Christine provided excellent customer service. The furniture will be delivered and assembled once it arrives.

The products were without doubt top quality compared to other retailers we had visited, however, it was the sales assistant who made our shopping experience complete. Christine from the Auburn store knew exactly what to show us after hearing what we wanted. She was so accommodating to our needs and really approachable, so it was a breeze to choose the right sofa! A big thank you to Christine.

We were well looked after by Hai Le who was very knowledgeable and helpful in our search for a new lounge. He provided us with a range of options that helped us arrive at our choice.
