Florent at the Logan store was so helpful and could not do enough to help with getting a sofa that fitted into our space. We received a great price for a great sofa. Can't wait for it to arrive.

I have been looking for approximately a year for the perfect lounge and I found it at the Plush store at Logan. I was served by Florent. Wow - Florent was so helpful and knew his lounges. Chrystal was so helpful when we were purchasing our lounge, she stepped us through each part of the process and even went through the delivery process, even though our lounges are still 12 weeks away from delivery. I don't think we have ever had such a thorough process when purchasing furniture, it was excellent and ensures we don't have any surprises at the other end. Chrystal has even put away a battery pack for us, as they were not in stock and offered to check if our existing recliner is compatible. We are now eagerly awaiting our new sofas. I would throughly recommend Plush at Logan and in particular Chrystal.

We were lucky enough to have Crystal serve us on our arrival. She was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all our queries in a polite and professional way. This was our first stop to look at lounges but we decided that we would look no further. Our quote was followed up and we have ordered today. So great to see customer service is still available.

We went to the Logan store yesterday to look, sit and feel. The range on display was impressive and the friendly store manager Florent really knows his stuff. We ended up buying a lounge that will take us through to old age, especially with the warranties offered. Can't wait until it's delivered.

I was able to navigate the website easily to narrow down which couch I was interested in; the online chat function was also helpful for this. The store was nice, Kassiah was brilliant and very patient! She was lovely and helpful but never pushy, and she was able to figure out what I wanted.
