Just returned from purchasing a Zara lounge from the Logan store. Very pleased with the lounge and we were well looked after by Chrystal, who was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped us navigate our way through all the options and with her guidance we feel we've made the right decision.

We purchased a corner lounge from Florent C. of the Logan store. We were very happy with his service, which he went above & beyond to help us choose & even helped us to adjust by adding & removing extra pieces & the measure of the lounge to suit us. Andrew fixed our relatively new 3 seater sofa today. We have only had the sofa for a couple of months and have communicated with Andrew on several occasions by phone and in our home about the problems we had with the seats. Andrew was always polite, courteous, informative and prompt. He arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. Andrew has a professional disposition along with a friendly one and listened to us about our concerns. We are very happy with his work and customer support. We would recommend Andrew to other customers if they also have concerns with their purchases from Plush.

Today at Plush Logan Florent was very friendly and patient. He knew his products inside out and was able to help us find the best sofa for our needs. Florent was a fantastic help, even though we had a small budget, he managed to sort out a wonderful custom Hudson couch to fit tight space requirements with different colour options to suit the house all for an amazing price that I was blown away with.

We received excellent service from Florent on our first visit to Plush Logan. It took us a couple of visits as the modular we wanted was too large for our lounge room. Kassiah showed us different options and now our perfect modular is on order and we can't wait for delivery.

Called into Plush Logon looking for a media room couch and bingo, Crystal (sales representative) showed us the ideal product. We were offered plenty of colour choice and interest free pay back options which suited our budget. Loads of product advice and quality care information. This was our first visit to Plush and we felt confident that we were purchasing a long lasting quality couch. We'll be back for the lounge room couch soon!

I was very impressed by the service I received from Florent at Logan Super Centre. He is very friendly and explained all aspects of my purchase to me. I am having the soft made and Florent promised me it would be made in time for me to move into my new home next year. I look forward to taking delivery of my lovely sofa.
