I popped into the store yesterday 23rd feb and was greeted by jesse who was very patient with me when i first walked in she was helpful with her product knowledge and nothing seemed to be a problem for her . Jesse had answers for every question I asked her and she would explain until I understood. Very happy with jesse at plush and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy your furniture.

We visited the Townsville store and were greeted warmly by Amanda. She was knowledgeable and respectful when answering my questions about how Plush source their leather and feathers, which I really appreciated. She was very helpful and patient while we considered the different styles and changed our minds over and over! We ended up with a sofa that we're very happy with and two armchairs (yet to be delivered).
The store itself was really well laid out and easy to view the wide range of products available for sale. Highly recommend visiting the Townsville store and having a chat to Amanda.

Amanda welcomed my husband and I into the store with a warm beautiful smile on an unusually cool Townsville day. Amanda has excellent product knowledge and was able to directed us to the product we were after straight away. We needed a sofa bed which would be easy to set up but needed the perfect fabric to suit our new rumpus room. Amanda’s advice was valuable even letting us take samples home to colour match. From the very beginning, Chantel was friendly, professional and very informative. She answered all of my questions about the product. When the lounge suite was delivered, the delivery men were prompt and efficient. They did not leave until they were assured that I was completely satisfied.

Because this store has only lounges, sofas etc., the range is extensive, obviating the need to go all over town. We were particularly impressed with the manner in which Amanda guided us through various options without applying any pressure. Her helpful advice and clear explanations made it quite easy in deciding on our eventual purchase. This store is highly recommended.

The Cameo couch ended up being what we required which was a big decision and investment for us. Amanda taking a no pressure approach calmly informed us of the facts and what was going to suit our needs the best and this was done over 2-3 visits to store. Amanda had great understanding of product and explained Cameo modular options (and others) clearly, right through to delivery and product care/maintenance. Couch design was the best for us being higher set and higher back/head rest to suit a taller person.

Although we haven't yet received our recliners, I would just like to comment on the service we received. Jesse in the Townsville showroom was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She explained everything from the wait time to the ins and outs of our warranty.

Visited the Townsville Plush store to look at replacing our lounge suite, which was also a Plush suite. Had it for 13 years now and still in great nick. Amanda up there looked after us and after doing a full quote on one we had been eyeing off for the past 2 years we walked away happy. Went back an hour later and changed our minds. Wasn’t a drama, Amanda went through and did us up new drawings and a new quote. Great customer service, thank you.

Haven’t got the lounge suite yet. It’s arriving in January. However the service we received from Claire in the Townsville shop was great. All our questions were answered and her knowledge and information was very thorough. We are really looking forward to our new suite.
