We were assisted by Erin when looking to buy a sofa in the Townsville store. She was very knowledgeable and helped us without making us feel pressured in any way. The advice given by her was taken on board and did help us decide which sofa was right for us. I would recommend Plush and Erin for her knowledge and pleasant nature

Thank you Chantel and Claire from the Townsville Store. They were both very helpful and easy to talk too. Claire's service is what made me bring my husband back for a look and his opinion and Chantel sold the rest of the sale through as Claire was not in at the time. Both ladies helped with the different configurations and helped make our decision easier.

I purchased the Astrid Modular during the 50% off January sale. From the moment I walked in, the service I received from all staff, but Erin in particular was outstanding. Erin was very knowledgeable of the products and just made me feel very comfortable and trusting. She was very helpful with the finance process as well and I really appreciated that she remembered me the next time I came in....I wasn't just 'another customer'. My sofa is beautiful and our family is really enjoying it now.

Erin, served us at Plush Domain, she was patient and understanding to our needs. Helpful with colour choice and had great fabric knowledge The process for ordering was great, lounge arrived early.

Erin, in particular, was wonderful, and very patient as it took us ages to come to a decision! However, the other staff were also terrific, as we visited the showroom on a number of occasions.

My online order was confirmed promptly with a quote for delivery by Huan as I live in a regional area. I then spoke with Lisa who processed the order very efficently whilst being very informative and helpful. She also followed up with a phone call to ensure smooth communication. So far cannot fault the service. Very Impressed. Awesome.

Purchased in store and sales woman, Erin, was great. We had concerns about heights of sofas and fitting them into our house. Wanted higher couches due to knee issues and standing up and narrow doorways. Erin stayed with us and answered all our questions and showed us different options in our budget. Purchasing and ordering was easy in store and even had a few extra days to pay cash the full amount.
