It was a very simple process making my purchase online. Latisha was very approachable and answered my many questions in an always pleasant manor.

I recently ordered a Snuggle Chair. I’m not near a showroom so I enquired about the chair online. Huan was amazing - he answered my many questions promptly and was always happy to help. i can’t wait until my throne arrives! :-D

Easy to navigate the store. Lots of variety in lounges. From what we saw, quality was good and we were so happy we came back from another store that day. The main reason was the customer service provided by Elyce Laidlaw

We made a purchase in-store at Mile End show room, store manager was very helpful and lovely to deal with. Sofa was delivered by Rob & Shane who were very nice and arrived on time. Some plastic was left on the couch and the store sent Grant to remove it. Grant did a fantastic job and with a smile. Overall very impressed with each stage of our experience with Plush Mile End. Thank you Plush. Also, we love our new sofa.

we visited the Mile end store numerous times before we settled on our sofa. Each time we were looked after by Grant who offered that wonderful balance of service by giving us space to discuss our thoughts, whilst being accessible to answer any questions. He was not pushy, nor did he try and sell us something we didn't want. He listened to our requirements and then presented us with some options to fit. He was happy for us to go away and consider the quote, and left us with a great feeling about Plush.
We have, thus far, had a great experience with Plush, and we have already recommended them to friends.

Rob & Shane who deliver our sofa are knowledgeable to deliver our purchase in Plush store safely. We are satisfied to our new lounge.

In store, Luke was attentive without being intrusive and very helpful when we had questions. The suite was ready when promised. We arranged a Saturday delivery and were told the driver would contact us on Friday night to confirm a time window. That didn't occur but we were given a 12-3 window when we called the store to confirm, and recieved a text from the driver soon after with the same information. The delivery occurred at 1:30 (in the window!) and the driver (James) and his offsider were efficient and careful in setting up the pieces, moving them into place and removing the packaging materials. Very happy with the end result.

Decided on the Oasis modular sofa nice having the corner with the room for legs large and comfortable as well. Delivery drivers were really good (Rob & Shane) set it up, removed all the rubbish, on time, polite and well presented. Purchased from the Mile End showroom Grant would have spent well over an hour assisting us with different couches, fabrics and answered all of our enquires. Highly recommend the Oasis sofa and the full Plush team.

First rate service, Plush kept us informed of the delivery and did what they said they would do (a lot of other companies could learn from them) they rang the night before outlining the 3 hour timeframe for delivery. They then rang 30 minutes prior to delivery as promised. Their delivery team (Rob & Shane) were professional, pleasant and very helpful making the delivery of our lounge an enjoyable experience. Keep up the good work Plush - the whole experience was excellent.

We had a great sales person who provided good advice about the product. On delivery, our delivery person unpacked and put the furniture together. The sofa looks fabulous and is very comfortable

I purchased my sofa in store. The consultant was friendly, helpful but not pushy at all. She willingly showed me fabric options, available configurations and ensured I had accurate quotes. When the couch arrived, the delivery men were polite, efficient and very tidy. Rob had the sofa together in no time and in the exact position I wanted. They even took all the packaging away.

We ordered 2 Snuggle chairs and our salesman Grant couldn't have been more helpful as we originally ordered in fabric then changed our mind and decided to go with leather. It was of no bother to change at all. He also contacted us with a more up to date deal so we saved extra $$$! We had to wait approximately 10 weeks for our purchase to be completed but it was so worth the wait. They are gorgeous!! Our chairs were delivered by Rob and Shane on a very wet windy day but were handled with the utmost care and we were notified of delivery times as promised. Thank you Plush ....very stylish comfortable furniture and staff!

Service delivered on all the promises in terms of tracking progress of order and delivery process. Rob/Ash delivered products on time, were friendly and ensured that all chairs were placed where we wanted them and cleaned and removed all rubbish. An excellent positive experience

Rob & Shane went above and beyond - and took excellent care of my delivery today. Their first attempt having been thwarted by a lack of legal parking, they came back later in the day with a smaller vehicle, and communicated with me throughout the day to manage my expectations.

Purchased my first plush sofa and absolutely love it. Not only does it look amazing but it’s super comfy too. The leather is so soft and buttery it feels amazing. it was a pleasure to buy from Plush: the service we received in store was honest and thoughtful. We received guidance for final colour selection and once the couch was delivered, we were happy with the recommendation. Rob & Shane delivered the sofa and put it together for us. The were polite and efficient, and took away all the packaging. Very happy with the before and after sales service that we have received.
