We had fantastic service from the minute we walked in to plush frankston from Taryn who sold us our sofa to Joel and Jason who delivered it and set it up and took all the packaging away we are extremely happy with the level of service and will shop there again without hesitation.

Thank you to Marianne who was incredibly helpful and offered a wealth of knowledge when we were searching for a new couch. Joel and Jason were fantastic with delivery, they were courteous, professional and we were well informed on delivery day of their ETA. Punctual, real time & efficient & friendly service. A minor hiccup with the incorrect color of sofa legs on one of the seats but quickly rectified with a call to customer service & taken care of by tracy. For the moment I walked in the door the service was second to none. Taryn was extremely helpful & the facility to make weekly payments on my order while I was awaiting delivery certainly helped. Joel & Jason delivered the sofa & they just completed the experience. I received a text to track what time they would be arriving & the entire delivery process was so very efficient, I think the lads were in and out in about 12 minutes & they took the packaging with them. To say the Plush experience was a good one would be an understatement.

Great range of products to choose from and great customer service and knowledge from beginning of process down to the delivery of sofas by Jason and Joel, who were efficient, friendly and professional.

Ordered a sofa from Emily. She was very professional in our dealings.
The carrier had wrong contact no. and did not receive a text message and so we missed delivery of the sofa.
Rang Emily at Plush,she organised another carrier to deliver the same day.Sofa arrived Sat. night. Sofa
unwraped and set-up. A big thank you to the courteous carrier crew and especially to Emily for a job well done

Jason and Joel provided a great delivery experience. They were friendly, helpful and efficient. They placed the furniture where I asked, took away all the packaging and were finished quickly.

After only 2 and 1/2 years of use, my sofa was sagging and Plush repaired it. The repairs were the quality of a back yard repairer that had only a couple of years experience. Rough as guts, and Plush did not ever reply to my emails after the repairs. Really bad after sales service.

August 4th 2022 Update: Bad after sales service !

Bad after sales service ! Plush stores are really helpful and friendly in store. The problem being if there is a warranty claim you don`t deal with the lovely staff in store. Warranty is a different bunch of people you deal with on the phone.

Juan & Viset delivered my sofa bed today from Plush. They were very professional and carried out the job with expertise taking away the packaging and positioning the sofa where I wants it.

Joel and Jason delivered our new sofa today within the approximated timeframe. They were very efficient and courteous and an asset to Plush. They were also incredibly friendly, great service.

During the purchasing phase we where shown a vast range of products and we where satisfied with what we saw. So far so good but time will tell.
Juan & Viset delivered our furniture into the house without any fuss whatsoever. The furniture fitted into the house perfectly. It appears to be of a very high standard.
