Plush Furniture VIC, Nunawading

We were recommended by our kids to go to plush for our new sofa. When we entered the store lovely warm greetings from friendly staff. Vanessa asked if she could help with our selection of a sofa that most suited our need and of course helped with the different support in the different designs. Then came the choice of fabric which once again was so helpful. A big thankyou to Vanessa Bognar who created with her expertise the right sofa including the right fabric to suit our decor. It was such a pleasant experience shopping at plush.

Great range of products, with the help of Leanne she showed us through the store and guided us to exactly what we were after, she really listened to us, and Whaooo!!! She new exactly what fabric and what leather went with each couch!
I would only ask, that Plush should let us choose fabrics from the Warwick Fabrics for our couches and or Chaise. We are the ones buying and paying, we should be able to get and choose the fabric we want, and I really wanted the Warwick Fabric but Plush doesn't allow it. (Just for silly scatter coushions).

Staff at the showroom was friendly and helpful, the ordering and payment process was efficient being able to be all done over the phone. The delivery team was very professional.

We have bought 2 sets of sofas and love them! Our 3 year old sleeps with plush teddy every night and when we lost him - Vanessa was so sweet and gave us replacements! Every time we go past Plush our 3 year old tells us “that’s where Teddy came from”!!

I've previously purchased a Plush sofa so knew I was buying quality that lasts, this time around we weren't sure what we wanted, Annie Pearse was amazing, talked as through every step and helped us make the perfect choice for our home, she went above and beyond to explain all the pros and cons to ensure when our couch is delivered we will love it.

I live in Gippsland and received fantastic delivery and service from Jonathan and Blake. They happily traveled a couple of hours, navigated tight, twisty dirt roads and still assembled everything quickly

Store was well laid out and staff - Andrea - was right on the money when she guided us to our new leather lounge suite - she was very accommodating working in with our ever changing delivery date due to building delays - when we finally got our lounge suite home and set up it was like heaven - thoroughly recommend Andrea and the team if you are after a new piece of furniture

It was our first time visiting Plush at Nunawading. Was impressed with the store layout, and the friendly customer service. Ended up buying a Snuggle chair & ottoman. Very happy with the service provided by Andrea. She was patient, very helpful and provided detail explanations. Thanks Andrea!

Two men arrived at my doorstep to deliver my sofas.
Because of a problem with size and the size of my doorways and stair- case this delivery was difficult and they were not warned, even though I had discussed this with the Plush staff. They took the sofa apart and carried it very carefully, installing it and putting it back together. I was so grateful and impressed. Juan and Jeremy - thank you so much.

Very helpful people in store. I had to wait a little longer for delivery but Joel and Jason delivered them today and I'm exceptionally pleased with both the product and these two guys who were chatty, friendly and worked to put the sofas in place and screw the legs on, quickly and cleanly, taking all the packaging with them. Thanks for a superb service.
