Justin from the Southwarf store was amazing to deal with - made the whole experience nice & easy. I also dealt with Jared, Lisa & Huan from the online store who were all very friendly and helpful. Huan finalised my order with me & it couldn't have been easier.

Great service from Justin. Bought the sofa from floor stock, unseen (via telephone), as needed one ASAP. Justin sent me photos, I purchased it, and it was delivered 2 days later. The sofa is perfect (Newport) and very comfortable. Getting another module to make it longer and Justin gave me a great price.

The service at South Wharf is always great, we recently bought two large sofa's and Kate Dz was very helpful, made the buying and organising delivery easy. As usual the manager was great too. We don't shop anywhere else for lounge furniture.

I have been looking for a sofa for quite a while, but my job was made difficult as the place where I moved to had limited space which was already occupied with other furniture. Kate Dz from Plush South Wharf was invaluable helping me choose a sofa that would fit well and look great on my living space, and she promptly helped me out with a lot of questions I had on my choice of couch, demonstrating knowledge and a friendly and warm disposition in our conversations. It's rare to have such good service these days. I write this on the sofa I just bought, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the service. 10/10 highly recommended.

I saw Kate when I first came in for a look and decided to go in for purchase rather than online because she was so helpful. I hate pushy sales people and Kate was knowledgeable, easy going and honest about her opinions in fabrics which would work for me and my dog Clover, which I appreciated. I visited the store and fell in love with the new Felix lounge suite. I was unable to commit that day due to time constraints.
