Ray is an outstanding site supervisor! He is professional and was always able to answer questions and promptly act on any of our concerns.
He was easy to contact and made himself available for us to continually be able to see our house in progress. The handover process was easy as Ray was organised, like he was throughout the entire process. Highly recommended! Would definitely build with Rawson again if we were guaranteed to be working with Ray.

Pre Construction was excellent. Melissa the Pre Construction Advisor was excellent in following up and they did complete everything on time within 4 months of the Contract Signing. My Finance issues got me delayed till end of the 6th month contract. Please do your homework before pre construction stage which will help you a lot to sort out all the issues. Please be ready for the variation Shocks during the build. But that is there with every other builder.

Everything was very well communicated, we had our build done well under a year and our Site Supervisor Joe Monteleone was providing periodic updates and guidance and has been very helpful in identifying and resolving issues while taking everything to practical completion.
Build quality seems great and we are having a good time in our new house.
We had a smooth ride with Rawson Homes.

Very bad experience. Promised to do landscaping rear house but forgot to take in writing now refuse to do it. project delays and overall bad experience. Never recommend to any one. Whole project is runned by arrogant people who refuse to listen. When they make mistakes like missed putting floor boards which was there in sales order and not in construction contract.. its all ok. But stick to rules when we miss to take something in writing. Common Rawson not fair especially when we pay $670k.

My partner and I are currently in the process of building our first home with Rawson, the staff at Rawson have been efficient in all aspects of this process especially Cameron of the estimating department, they have really made this process as stress free as possible and we look forward to completing the build with them.

My site manager Ed knows how to listen and respond and act professionally. He’s all rounder good guy. I wouldn’t hesitate to get him as my site manager next time.

This was our first construction and it has been a very easy, enjoyable process. The team provided great communication throughout, any issues during or post the build were fixed quickly and with little hassle. The final product was better than what we had expected.

Joe Monteleone is a great example of professionalism, quality communication and great customer service, Always provided me with timely communication, always made the time to explain things when asking questions. We really appreciate process and support provided by Rawson for our first home build. Throughout the construction everything was explain to us properly. Moreover we were kept fully informed about our construction stages every week credit goes to Chris Attard our site manager who literally provided us update every week keeping us well informed. Completion was on time as promised.

This is the first experience to build our sweet home. There were few issues I met, but Rawson homes Pre-Construction team tried to help me to make it easy. Now the building is in construction. I hope every process will be successful.

This project was managed very well by the Project Manager John in the construction stage, although there was a significant delay in the council approval stage. John managed to pull back delays and shorten the construction time dramatically and also finished it in very good quality. He also communicated very well in every stage during the construction. Fantastic project management!

This is my first house with rawson, so lucky I have a very good site manager, John. He rang me at least once very month, told me how was my house going, what he had done, what he was doing. On the walking day, I was so satisfied with what he did, my house looks so beautiful from outside to inside, it is exactly what I want.
