I bought 3 regal sleep mattresses as I am setting my new home. I bought these at Regal Sleep store at High Point and was assisted by Lydia. She was simply great and ensured that I bought the best ones suited for my needs and gave me a great bargain. Since I have moved new to Melbourne, I needed the mattress early. She ensured that I was prioritized for delivery.

As promised on the date committed, Jourdan and Callan, delivered the mattresses efficiently and kept me updated throughout the day on when they were expected and if there was going to be any delay. They were amazing.

The mattresses are extremely comfortable and I feel happy with the purchase. One of the best customer services, sales teams that I have dealt with.

I am recovering from spinal surgery and bilateral hip replacements. Sleep is an essential part of my recovery. I went in search of the best possible mattress and settled on Regal Sleep Solutions. I visited the Highpoint Branch and was impressed by excellent customer service delivered by Aidah.
I work in the medical field, so I knew what I needed - however the range of beds/mattress's is vast so I needed help.
Aidah met my expectations with her great product knowledge and empathy for my quest for a great sleep solution.
