We recently purchased a Healthy Life Classic queen sized bed from the Highpoint store. Aidah showed us through the range of beds and talked about the the differences between each range. Aidah’s customer service was excellent, she was very helpful and made it easy for us to decide on the best bed for us. I bought an amazing pillow too! We’ve been sleeping on the bed for a few weeks now and it’s so comfortable and supportive. We love it, I wish we had replaced our old bed sooner!!

Jenine at Regal Highpoint has been super helpful to us. She advised us that the Healthy Life Classic would be the best for my long term shoulder and hip issues. She was right. We then wanted to try the firm version so we did that and went back to the Classic which we now love. She was patient and professional. Highly recommend Regal!

we are struggling to work out which is better the bed or the service . our experience at Highpoint was made very easy by Aidah who at no time hassled us but pointed out different comfort levels and chiro supporting mattresses from their great range, then left us alone to make our decision at the same time answering any questions we had. could not ask for more.

From walking in the door to sprawling out on mattresses we felt welcomed, Aidah was fantastic with an excellent knowledge of each mattress and which is right for you. She was able to guide us through the range and find one within our budget. Would definitely recommend.

Just one of the great options is the medium firmness mattresses in Essential and Healthy Life can be flipped to extend their life. We got one with a Wool quilting for winter and Bamboo quilting for summer. Aidah the saleswoman was patient, knowledgeable and fun. Delivery guys were superb and even took the old mattresses with them even though we hadn't booked the service.
We love going to bed now!!

I purchased the spinal cure plush mattress and the Denton high profile contoured pillow for neck support. It took one sleep on the new mattress and pillow and I woke up the next morning pain-free. It was the best sleep I had in years.

Been looking for a mattress today (23 Jun 2018) and was impressed with their offerings. Asher's explanations on the mattress demonstrations have been great and insightful.

Update 30 Jun 2018: Mattress arrived in the morning, speedy delivery. Painless installation, all my chosen components and size came as delivered. Now all set up and am instantly in love with the finished product. Well done Regal, you folks definitely deserve the credit you get!
