One of the most comfortable and good quality mattresses I have tried. The service from Sam and Natalie at the Nunawading store is excellent!

Sam was very helpful today. She gave us good advice and we where surprised that we can return the mattress if not happy within 14 days.

Our purchasing experience was perfect. There is an excellent range of mattresses to choose from. I prefer soft and my husband prefers medium. Our indulgence plush mattress is to die for. Just right for both of us. It’s the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. We are so pleased with the mattress that we will return to Regal this week to buy another mattress, this time for our spare bedroom.

Sam was very helpful today and we didn't feel pressured to buy something we didn't want. She gave us good advice and we are so grateful that we can return the mattress if not happy. We now have peace of mind.

November 6th 2018 Update: Excellent service

We went into Nunawading Regal yesterday to change our spinal firm mattress over. Whilst it was better than the previous mattress we had, I thought I could find something with a higher level of comfort. We have now upgraded to the byron bay. There was no problem with the change over and staff were happy to assist. Hopefully we will have made the right choice now.

I must be the unlucky one. I bought my "exquisite firm" April 2018. And had it exchanged. It's taken me Now to write up a review to allow time in trying out the mattress.

I had the initial mattress replaced as it was not Firm at all, bad manufacturing. Sagged, either one of us would be sinking and the other not and it kept alternating. Now this 2nd mattress is just the same only took 2 months to get worse.

I'm just going to have deal with it because I don't have the energy to go forward with a complaint/replacement or having to pay the delivery fee for a failed manufacturing on an Exquisite Firm.

Good luck! To those considering Regal.

Just bought four single beds from Regal in Nunawading. Service was excellent. Janine looked after us superbly. Very knowledgeable in the differences of mattresses. As a result we made an excellent informed decision on our requirements. Would absolutely recommend Regal for quality and customer service.

If anyone wants a personalised experience with a cup of coffee/tea to decide on an Aussie made mattress within 3 days from order, you need to come and see Sam. She is really patient and will show you all the beds in the store before you can make up your mind. The best thing is they do pillow fitting, not going to tell you what it is, you need come in and experience it. Thank you Sam now I can go to sleep on my personally fitted pillow and new mattress.

We knew we needed a new mattress, however the market is so confusing, and the risk is high. Some back and shoulder pain pushed us to make the decision. To cut the long stroy short, we chose the mattress on the web, but still went to the store.
Amelia explained why we should go one step firmer. We succumbed to the persuasion, becasue there is a swap over option.
The delivery was perfect.
We have this mattress for a month now. The sleep improved and the pain faded away. Most importantly, there is no need for electric blanket in the cold Melbourne winter. Looking forward to summer to see the temperature regulation then.
