We bought a bed and base from Tony. He was most helpful and explained all the options for both bed and base. We chose to have a base built with 4 drawers. Now we have a really comfortable bed - and extra storage too!

I was having issues with a mattress and Regal fixed it without much hassle. The process was easy and friendly. They kept me posted all the time throughout the warranty process.

Found buying the mattress and base a pleasant experience. The sales consultant( Suzy) was knowledgeable, not pushy, gave us the information and time to decide what we wanted. From our first visit to the South Morang store we were impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable service offered by Tony who helped us choose the right mattress for us. As I am in the health care field, sleeping posture was a high priority and the Regal mattresses provided the firm support we were looking for as well as added comfort. That they’re made here in Australia is an added bonus. Ordering and delivery was seamless with both Tony and Lil keeping in touch to make sure we were happy. Have loved our first few nights sleep on our new bed, should have done it sooner. Highly recommend.

Tony was very informative, there was no pressure to buy. The shop was set up so well it was easy to find what we wanted within our price range. The mattress and pillows that we bought are of the highest quality and because they are made in Australia and made to order they are an excellent choice. Being 130kg and 2 meters tall, not many mattresses support my frame and Tony was fantastic and very understanding of my needs in a quality, sturdy, well build mattress that will not sink over too much time. My fiancée also has medical issues that were addressed with options provided. Highly recommended!!!

My sister is unwell and will be spending a lot more time in bed due to her condition. Tony and Rossana were very understanding and compassionate of my sister’s predicament and went above and beyond to help us. We scheduled an appointment with the two of them and they went above and beyond to suit my sisters needs. After spending almost an hour with us my sister was very happy with her new bed and they helped us out with a quick, personalized delivery.
