Went in a few days earlier to enquire and had my matttess put aside for me without a deposit for pick up on Saturday morning .

Went into Regal South Morang on advice from a friend. Was served by Lil and was very impressed by her knowledge & expertise. She made us feel very comfortable that we purchased straight away as we don't usually do it immediately and what's more is that we picked up our mattress then & there as it was in stock

Today (4.02.2018) l went to the South Morang store with my family to buy a queen bed. THERE was two customer in the shop and we spend more than 15 min in the shop but the person was there for customer service didn't even say hello to us during the whole time. He when around us couple of time but even didn't look at our face and just ignore us. We just left the shop and never will be there again.

from the moment we walked into the store Tony was welcoming and listened to our needs and wants and with a bad back he showed us a few mattress that will best suit. After testing a few, we purchased a new mattress and pillows. Tony was extremely helpful in getting it delivered in a prompt manner. It's been a month sleeping on the new mattress and every morning is a struggle to get out of bed as it is so comfortable and don't want to leave it. I haven't had a good nights sleep like this in a long time all thanks to my new mattress and wonderful and expertise advise and knowledge from Tony.

This is the second time I have shopped for a new bed with this company at this location. Really pleased on both occasions with the excellent service, superior product and having plenty of time to browse, and trial beds and pillows. Especially beneficial if you have back or hip pain that you have the right advice and time to trial the product. Tony's service and knowledge was excellent on all accounts, we were very thankful for his time and patience in helping us select the best options and products for our needs. Delivery was also on time, drivers were courteous and efficient - an excellent product and service all round.

Dropped in the store looking for new pillows and was invited to come back with my husband to have a consultation about a new mattress as the one I was testing the pillows on was amazing . The fact that they let you take the mattress home and trial it for 30 days meant we were able to purchase with confidence knowing that if it wasn't the right one for us we could exchange it for something else. Really felt like the staff listened to our concerns and found the best mattress and pillow combination for us. Highly recommended.

Visited Tony at the South Morang store with my wife and 2 kids. Tony was very friendly and eager to help find a mattress that suited us and a contour pillow for my wife. We spent 30 minutes in store while the kids happily explored. Tony gave us plenty of options to try and once we were happy with our selections he was able to offer us a price below the marked prices. Purchased a single mattress for our daughter in store over the weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The sales person guided us through the various features of each mattress and were respectful of our budget. We never felt pressured and felt we had space to make up our mind. We arranged to have the mattress delivered to our home less than 48 hours later for an extremely reasonable fee. This service was also impeccible. The mattress was unwrapped and placed on the waiting bed frame and all rubbish was taken away. Excellent prices and products with quality customer service. We will definitely be back in the future.
