I had bought an Exquisite mattress. I was given individual attention & time to select the right mattress, without rushing on to attend the next customer.

being a "difficult" customer Hans was wonderful in describing how mattresses are made. I was over the pillow top and was looking for an old traditinional flipping bed. Hans was amazing in understanding and providing me with just what I was looking for.

Came in early am n met by cheerful Hans who patiently listened to what i need in a mattress. Showed me th full range n inspite of frequent change of mind on prices, Sam patiently explained the difference in quality n th fact that regal sleep is fully Australian n has a 30 days return policy. Hans was courteous, ever helpful, non pushy n Sam was there to provide insightful thots in color convinced me to buy 2 full bundle set.
