Excellent service, quality mattress. Sadly, disappointing delivery
Bought the Regal Healthy Life mattress from DFO South Wharf few months ago. Thanks to the store manager, Roxanne was fantastic to work with, friendly, big smile, excellent knowledge about various types of mattresses and how to treat the back problems. She spent over an hour with us patiently, asking us to try different mattress and feel the different. Big thumbs up for Roxanne, highly recommended. 2 months into the mattress, still amazing!

on the agreed date. The 2 gentlemen that deliver appears to be in rush, and quickly left the mattress to the lobby and asked my wife is she's alright. Of course not, how could they expect a lady to move the mattress all by herself. One gentleman ended up helping with my housemate to move it to the apartment. When we purchase the mattress, Regal advised they will remove the plastic and install properly. But that wasn't the case. The mattress was left in my apartment, and the gentleman dashed off leaving the mattress in my living room. Both my wife and I had back issue(hence the Health Life Mattress), and that's why we made it very clear that we prefer the mattress to be put properly to reduce manual handling. We even advised the removalist 1 day before, that the mattress needed to be put in place, and remove the old mattress. The gentleman from the removalist company also advised he wasn't aware about the old mattress too. Miscommunication? Conclusion, excellent mattress, fantastic service, but very bad shipping company.

What wonderful Staff.
My wife and I bought a Healthy life firm mattress from the south Wharf Store from a young lady Aidcah ( Not sure of the spelling but originally from Singapore ) A lovely young girl who was very helpful and when we explained our problem with another brand of bed. she suggested this bed and was both informative and helpful and along with Toni helping with the paperwork made the experience very enjoyable. Strongly recommended.

Great service and high quality products
Aidah was an awesome consultant who gave me an awesome queen size mattress and a great deal. She was really knowledgeable about the products and made it really easy for me to make a choice that was suitable for what I wanted. I was so happy with her service that I came back and bought a second mattress in the king single of the same range. Will definitely suggest to my friends and family next time we need a mattress!

We bought a health classic from south warf dfo. Team was lively and with good advices. Yet when the mattress was delivered we did not find the same feeling as in store. We are looking for support and we had that in store yet with the mattress we have, we are just sinking in. We went back to the store to check again the feeling we had there. Definitely not what we were delivered. Team quite professional offered us to change with a new classic. After delivery same issue. Hopefully we will find a solution but for the moment this is not what was sold to us in store.
