INCREASE OF MONTHY PAYMENTS PER YEAR ARE WAY TOO HIGH...

Hi, I’ll just give a recap of what we are experiencing since signing up to RSPCA. We signed up in 2014 and every year since the we have been charged an extra $15-$20 per year. We have not claimed in the last 2 years, almost 3 years and are now paying over double than what we paid for. First year when we insured our pup it was roughly $50 and now it’s $106 now, remembering everyone, we have not claimed in almost 3 years. That’s a hell of an I. Tease compared to their everyday insurances to keep you and your family safe. Just make sure you know what your paying for and continue paying for when you sign up...

We Loved the idea that RSPCA gives a percentage of the premium back to the animals in care or need help at RSPCA when we insured our puppy. An extra bonus it all is within our budget.

Worst Insurance Ever

I have the highest level of cover and the last 4 times my pet has been to the vet all for different things they have wiggled there way out of any reimbursement at all, one an upset stomach another a tooth abscess, swollen lymph nodes etc blood tests. Hopeless why bother having insurance.

Just the right fit for us and for our 2 dogs. The service was efficient and prompt and we were happy with what was offered. We were happy to sign up and know that if we aren’t satisfied we have a 30 day cooling off period.

It was very quick and easy to deal with the application team at RSCPA Pet Insurace. They were informative and stuck to the facts and even though they called me based off an electronic quote they were clear about making sure it was the right time to talk about pet insurance etc.
Hopefully, we never need to use the pet insurance BUT it does feel good having it there.

I researched several options for my little pugs' health, and in my opinion, the RSPCA policy was not only the best value but gave me that extra peace of mind for Ruby's health in case she becomes sick or injured.

Everything was fantastic. The only thing was the lady mentioned something quickly about there being a first month free and never tracked back to it. It would of been nice to get that first month free or at least not mentioned, but nothing major.

I was given all details about what K was about to sign up for, including what is not covered, the lady on the phone was wonderful to deal with and not only is my dog covered incase of s emergency, but much need funds go to RSPCA. So win win, the process was easy and highly recommend them

Dear RSPCA, I recently signed up for a policy for my puppy. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my bank card (and I completely overlooked my policy payments being declined), as a result my policy was cancelled. I had no idea this had happened as I still had a $50 claim processed in that time, once I did realise I attempted to fix it, however once I found the emails I realised I was two days outside of the cut off. - I spoke with a representative who very kindly created a new policy for me however she didn't explain that a new policy would likely be declined. She said the underwriting team would contact me to discuss but I didn't hear from them, I just got a letter declining cover.

I understand it was my fault the payments didn't process, however I was willing to pay any outstanding amounts and did offer to do this, but was advised to apply for a new policy. Is there any way that RSPCA might reconsider granting me a policy if I was to fix up any previous outstanding payments?

I’ve never had any other insurance policies cancelled, and have never made any claims on any other insurance policies in the past (for car etc) if that helps.. thank you

Why are you messing me around, my last claim was denied & then over turned & paid after lots of tooing & frowing on my behalf & NOW AGAIN my cat has gone to the vet for the exact same reason as my last claim was (which originally was a cat bite about 6 months ago which has now turned into a legion). They are even talking about amputation & you are DENYING THIS CLAIM AGAIN. I was assured after my last dealings with u that this would not happen again & iIT HAS i AM FRUSTRATED & ANGRY as to how I am being treated & expect you to review his claim again & get back to me ASAP..
