Product delivered and the delivery guy didn’t ask for sign, but when I checked the tracking site, I can see some one signed my name. It was not my signature. I think the delivery guy wanted to leave it at the door, but saw me and handed it to me. Else he would have left the article at the door instead of knocking the doir and mark it as delivered.

It was sent to Tasmania and deemed too heavy (over 25kg) by the contractor who then returned it without contacting the receiver who would have gladly picked it up. It now hasn't arrived for 3 weeks either at the receiver or back with us.

Email said 'it's coming today' and tracking showed 'onboard for delivery' but it never showed up. Waited all day for nothing. There is no way to contact them when you need help. I guarentee most of these 5 star reviews are fake. Never had a good expirience with sendle. My order was a rare discontinued item and if it's been lost or stolen by the driver and doesn't arrive by the end of this week I am going to be incredibly unimpressed and will be taking action to ensure this company pays for their mistake.

Arrived remarkably quick & not damaged. Tracking kept me updated very helpful & accurate. Very welcome change.
Negative: there wasnt a knock or doorbell, however I think it was delivered quite early a.m.

Express Australia Post would have been MUCH quicker and cheaper by far.
Sendle use Fastway/Aramex (aka Slowway) to deliver in my area. Slowway only deliver once a week between Townsville and Ingham. I could have had the item in three days using Express Post to my local PO 3K away. I wept once I found out Sendle use Slowway. My poor expensive collectors plant stuck in their depot over the weekend. Needless to say this beat my poor plant to within an inch of it's life. Never again Sendle. Insist on Australia post express.

Easy to use and great prices if you’re paying through eBay. Everything went smoothly with no delays. I recommend Sendle. The buyer was also happy with delivery. Tracking was accurate and enough of it.

Sendle fake the delivery tracking history "attemped delivery and card left", I requested redelivery, "attemped redelivery and card left" shows in their tracking page again, how's chance of a card can be missing in a mail box for 2 times, they can use this to blame it's receiver's reason cause the failure of delivery or they have just lost your parcel, acctually I was at the delivery address all day long in the delivery day, it's 4 story building with intercom at front door, and according to their customer service, their courier partner do hav...

It took over 2 months to not get my delivery. Practically non existent customer service (no phone support chat bubble only). They couldn’t perform a simple service of picking up an item from one of their nominated hubs and deliver it to my address. This is too difficult for them. I still don’t know how or when I will be reimbursed but the amount of extra time the seller and I had to put into this is beyond a joke.

A courier company that drops off in any letterbox and drives off. Lucky the letterbox owner tracked me down and delivered it to me. How about these companies knock on the door and deliver. I have a authority to leave at the front door, not somebody's letterbox a km away.

My parcel was left at my front door exactly as I had been told in an email. We live at the end of a longish driveway and have found that deliveries by other companies did not take the trouble to come to the front door. Thank you to the person who delivered. Package + contents in good order also.

SENDLE is the best parcel delivery service in Australia. Yes, including Australia Post. Good service. Good value. Meet expectations every time. Their service is the definition of a quality service delivery. That is, they do what they say they will do.

Once an item is picked up there is no data on where the item is. Over a week later no tracking information has been entered after the item was picked up. I had another item sent by Auspost from the same area which I have received. I will not purchase from anyone using this company ever again.

This was my first time using sendle and my parcel arrived 2 days earlier than the earliest expected date, it was very easy to track. Thank you Sendle, you have earned a very happy customer

The investigation started and after 4 weeks the item was confirmed as lost, however after escalation raised the item was found and delivered to receiver. 6 weeks to deliver the item from Sydney to Perth.

My package arrived in a timely manner. I was advised on all aspects of my package and the box was intact on delivery. Very please with the outcome. Thank you

If I could give less than one stay I would. I have had one parcel collected no issues second time I have had no one come on multiple occasions. I fry chat to them online I am left for hours no response

Now the 6th June and still not collected.
Rebooked again.

I received my packages very quickly, much faster than I expected. The tracking info was easy to access and very helpful. The emails kept me updated on delivery information. Excellent!

I wish I had read the reviews first before starting to utilise this service for selling on eBay. Sendle are really hit and miss, and can make you appear to be an incompetent seller. My last parcel was all booked and ready to go, and on the day of collection I received a futile attempt email. I do not believe a genuine attempt was made, as I was home all day, the property and parcel were easily accessible, and cameras were not showing any activity in the surrounding area. Rebooked, waited all the following day, and still after the closing window...

This is the third time I have had parcels dispatched to me via Sendle, and delivery times and communication has always been fantastic, Anytime I have had free shipping and it has been Sendle, The goods have arrived earlier than their ETA.

The delivery of my parcel was late although I had received a notification that my parcel was in their warehouse 2 weeks prior the delivery. On top of that, when they finally delivered my parcel, I wasn't home so that took even longer to arrange a time as they don't do pick-ups. All in all, it took me around 3 weeks to get my parcel from a depot which is 5 minutes away from my address (it takes less time to deliver a parcel internationally). I have been dealing with them multiple times and it's always the same story. Something definitely has to improve.
