Bedmatched and sold unsuitable expensive mattress
I went to snooze Bankstown to get a mattress late last year. We were bedmatched and encouraged and encouraged to buy a very expensive Madison mattress. We were told that there will be no partner disturbance. We were also told the heat (because of memory foam) is easily manageable, just use cotton sheets. Both were complete misinformation. There is definitely partner disturbance as I tend to roll towards my partner due to the exaggerate dent in the mattress under him. He isn't that heavy, about 68kg and I am 55 kg.

to speak to them a couple of. Times over the past year and they said to' give it more time'. I suffered terribly using the mattress when pregnant and the staff at Bankstown said that I'm probably uncomfortable because of pregnancy. I knew it was the mattress exacerbating that. Now even after the pregnant I find it uncomfortable because of the partner disturbance, or rolling towards him. It's ridiculous. It's truly false advertising /information and I think these guys should just return my money! And take the mattress away! After I originally posted this review they send a technician to check my mattress. He told me I had been given the wrong maintenance information. He also said I can have the adjusted but would have to pay several hundred, up into 1000 more! Again, I say this sale was ridiculous and misleading and thier product is not good for the body.

Update. Mick the new manager kindly came to inspect the mattress in the busy Christmas period and thought the slats on my bed was the potential problem. So for $110 he changed the slats for me.

Bad quality
I brought the floating bed with curved headboard (My Design) in latte colour and it broke after a small fall, with a piece of the leg chipping off. This is after I was told it was Australian made and of good quality timber. I doubt it is Australian timber and if it is, it is of very poor quality. For the price I paid I have not received a good product. Very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever.
Was persuaded in trying the bed match system. Bought the most expensive mattress out of the three suggested. An indent formed in the mattress after a week and I'm average size. No sleep first three nights. Slept the next night due to sheer exhaustion but have developed severe back pain due to the mattress. When I rang customer service they told me I had to take numerous photos of the mattress from all different angles. Was told there was nothing wrong with it and no exchange was possible. A year later and My back pain is worse. Sadly, after spending $2000 I'm stuck with this for the next few years. Will never shop with snooze again.

Never again! Overpromised and under delivered.
I went in to their Bankstown store to buy 2 single beds (mattresses & frames) for my twins birthday. It actually took me three times to finally order what I want ( no fault on them because the kids were not settled). I finally ordered and paid in full what I wanted, I checked with them 3 times that they would be delivered on time even though there were public holidays within the 2 weeks. I was advised they had them at their warehouse and would definitely be delivered prior to when I needed them. They even wrote it on the receipt. 2 days before ...Read more
I needed them I still had not been contacted, I called only to be told it would take 2 more weeks. When I told them that I had ordered them because I was assured they would be here on time I was given the run around and they refused to refund all my money. I did not want just the mattresses I wanted what I paid for. I went in on the day I needed them ( the following day was a public holiday) and I was told that I would have to wait till that afternoon to speak to the manager who was the only one authorised to do refunds, which would not have left me any time to find a suitable replacement. Upon further discussion the salesperson ( who originally served me), advised me they had no intention to refund my money and I would have to accept delivery of the mattresses. When I neglectfully agreed as I was running out of time, she miraculously was authorised to refund the amount for the frames. Very upset that I was lied to and forced to accept half of what I ordered. Mattresses look ok ( but I've only had them for a few hours) Terrible customer service, blatantly lied toSimilar opinion?
