We had the perfect service from Marta in Bankstown snooze. She was lovely, welcoming, gave her recommendations and assisted us with anything we needed. Would definitely come back here if we need another bed:)

I went into the Bankstown Snooze store looking to buy mattresses for two antique beds which are 3/4 single beds and mattresses are no longer made in this size given they are over 100 years old. The single or king single sizes were either too small or too big and I needed something in between. I was assisted by Marta from the Bankstown snooze store who took my measurements and arranged custom made mattresses for me within my price range. I was so happy she was able to arrange custom sizes for me as these beds have sentimental value. Marta was so friendly and helpful in explaining how it all works and really took her time with us. Overall we walked out of there very happy customers.

Both Mata and Maria are extremely experience people. They both know their products very well, they went out of their way to find answers for me, nothing was a problem. Their after sales service is also perfect.

We stopped in a saw Samatha at snooze Bankstown and got the best service. She took her time with us, worked out what we needed and gave us a great deal. This is the second experience I have had with them and both were fantastic.

Just visited the Snooze store in Bankstown. We had no clue what we wanted or what to look for. We were served by Rose and she was so helpful and made everything so easy. She had a lot of product knowledge and helped us pick the perfect mattress.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted by Marta who was very friendly. She asked us a few questions about what we were looking for and within 20 minutes found us the right mattress. She showed us different options as well as use the sleep profiler on us which established the same advice she had given us prior to this. She knew a lot about the products and we were well informed of different makes, warranties and prices. She made our shopping experience very easy and quick. She also helped us by explaining the different options which was easy for us to understand. If you plan on shopping at Snooze in Bankstown ask for Marta. She was amazing!

December 19th 2022 Update: Love it!

Soo happy with my new mattress. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t know why I waited so long to buy a mattress.

My fiancé and I asked for a on the firmer side mattress. The sales assistant asked us to lye down on this special mattress, we were asked questions and then the sales assistant suggested the most expensive bed. We said it was out of our budget so she recommended a bed that was on sale. We lyed down and the sales lady said that it may be to firm for me but it will soften a bit. When my fiancée and i lay in bed, we actually sink in the bed and we now have back pain. So much for a firm mattress. We paid $1800 for this mattress, I wish we never bought it. It is so uncomfortable. I feel the sales assistant just wanted to make a sale, I feel like the bed test we did was rubbish.

Went in looking for a matress for my daughter & came out with 2! Thanx Marta for your great service, knowledge about your products & your general personable nature. I will be recommending you to my friends. Marta did a great deal for us & delivery has been prompt.

The purchasing process was backed up by both computer technology and vast knowledge of product from our sales person Marta. She listened to our needs and concerns and accommodated them to our great satisfaction enabling us to purchase on the spot with confidence a Queen Ensemble. Excited for first nights good sleep when bed arrives in two weeks.

I purchased in store. Store displays of this range was hand picked for display as to the grain and smoothness of the timber or probably made especially for their display. Looks beautiful there. But when I received in the boxes it was bad. The tall boy top was very rough also the side tables the timber colour was very uneven with very dark blotches looked bad. Very disappointed. They exchanged but still not good. Made in Vietnam. I repeat the store display is not the what you get. Inside draws you might have to sand. Actually you might have to sand the whole range inside out!!

3 weeks ago i visited this store to purchase a mattress, i was so pleased with the customer service by Marta i wouldn't purchase else where. She gave us great insight and provided outstanding knowledge about all of our options, in my opinion its very rare to find a sales representative that genuinely cares to find exactly what your after, and she did just that. After receiving my purchase this week i couldn't be happier. Marta you have scored a lifetime customer.
