Do not recommend Craftsman Sleeptailor
Apologies for not reviewing sooner.
I purchased from Snooze the SleepTailor Craftman 6 months ago and within 6 weeks it had sunken uncomfortably in the middle.
I am a single person sleeping on it and tried to disperse my weight by sleeping different sides and rotating. The base was sold by Snooze and approved to go along with mattress.
Customer service was pleasant and fast acting. They came and collected the mattress for testing and returned same day.
However their decision was there was NO manufacture defect.

6 months on I still ("try to") sleep on a downward slope into the middle instead of a flat surface. It is not what I expected from a mattress at this price point. I really can't understand what I did wrong to get it into this state. It was a considerable investment for me but given this happened so quickly after purchase I can only assume it's meant to be like this or something is very, very wrong in the manufacturer's product testing. I do NOT recommend this mattress. I do NOT think Snooze should be selling this mattress.

Disappointing service post buy
Love the bed and service received in store.
I felt the post service lacking in terms of snooze’s communication with delivery people and ourselves. When I mentioned an issue to snooze I felt guy was dismissive so requested confirmation in an email that issue had been addressed. In his email, he seems to ‘have a go’ at me for something that is clearly a break in their process - they delivered before requesting payment.
