Fantastic service now we are getting the most of the technology we paid for. So glad we called they did everything from installing new hard drive linking our phones tablets and laptops to even reprogramming one remote to use on everything. Two what I felt major issues were fixed on the first visit which was at the time they advised, a second visit to 'fine tune' my computer a few days later at no cost. Friendly, polite and obviously knew what he was doing so I can recommend SuperGeek.

excellent service and very patient( it techs), only one minor issue, call out fee $135 for hour a little to much, especially when you have to call tech back maybe next day for another problem then its another $135 again.

A Supergeek consultant arrived on my doorstep at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, looking well presented.
He introduced himself to me and was already aware of my issue regarding our laptops.
On re-stating the problem, our consultant started looking to fix the issue straight away.
He informed us of the progress as he worked and on completion, he asked my daughter to check that the issue had been resolved.

Pleased to get a technician to come to the house and quickly fix things up and also give general advice on software I might have on the computer that is useless. I was charged for an hour only and (with travel), the hour was exceeded.
