I have used this service before and been impressed. Had a list of about 6 items I needed fixed - all of those were fixed in about an hour, which would have taken me hours to work out myself. Very time-saving. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and they talk to you in layman's terms, not technical jargon. Recommend highly.

The service man was on time, polite and efficient in that he was ready with the facts to start a process.He solved the problem and gave advice to assist me.

excellent service and very patient( it techs), only one minor issue, call out fee $135 for hour a little to much, especially when you have to call tech back maybe next day for another problem then its another $135 again.

A Supergeek consultant arrived on my doorstep at the exact time of my scheduled appointment, looking well presented.
He introduced himself to me and was already aware of my issue regarding our laptops.
On re-stating the problem, our consultant started looking to fix the issue straight away.
He informed us of the progress as he worked and on completion, he asked my daughter to check that the issue had been resolved.

Pleased to get a technician to come to the house and quickly fix things up and also give general advice on software I might have on the computer that is useless. I was charged for an hour only and (with travel), the hour was exceeded.

I had a deadline and few clues how to produce a document. Obviously, I am very old school. Allen turned up punctually as booked, was courteous and pleasant and so well informed that he was able to teach me all I needed to finish my document. My problems all solved and Allen gave me a follow-up call today to see how I was managing. This first time customer is impressed and grateful.

So i asked supergeek to come down to check out my pc that didn't turn on. [name removed] & [name removed] came out (I believe it was [name removed]? haha) they were both very friendly as they tried their best to help my Computer problem.

When they first were checking it out they said it may have been the Motherboard / PSU had blown and i'd need new ones.

As they were writing me up i explained an issue i had a few months ago about my PC crashing and a "Funny smell" (And not turning on after) [name removed] (I believe he was) went to the pc...

Unfortunately, the issue was a failed motherboard, not amenable to a quick on-site fix. Alejandro worked methodically through the diagnostic process and was really apologetic that he could not solve the problem at once. Since then, he has provided options for a system rebuild, which are still under consideration. Component prices appear competitive. So far, so good.

The tech that was sent out arrived when we were told he would and was so professional in his work. Knew what he was about and I had other things sorted as the problem I had was fixed within 15 mins

Asked for my computer to be fixed. The technician admitted that he had no idea why it wasn't working (but an apple technician could tell me within 30 seconds). The Supergeek technician spent three hours working on it and said the hard drive was fine when in fact the hard drive was failing so it didn't actually fix the computer and I couldn't use it yet it cost me $400 for NOTHING!!!!!

I have been largely happy with SuperGeek but recent advice to load Windows 10 to an old computer turned into a disaster moneywise. The old computer met the minimum requirements but the outcome was disappointing.

Have used Supergeek for a few years now and every time, they are super helpful and friendly. Wouldn't call anyone else to help us out, when it comes to computers. Thanks for the help.

Whenever I need computer help I always ring Super Geek as I have done over many years. I always receive prompt and courteous attention by competent guys who quickly assess the problem and go about fixing it.

It was very satisfying to have Cyril fix the computer. He was prompt and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Super Geeks certainly live up to their name. I would highly recommend them to anyone with computer problems.

I am getting on in years so time is very precious to me. I do understand computer basics to generally maintain day to day running; but sometimes things get out of control and a technician is absolutely necessary to rectify the problem. I always call on Supergeek to address these problems and most times, a technician arrives the same day. I can quickly get on with what I am doing. You can't get better service than that.

We are amazed at how good the Geeks are at getting our computer working, cleaned up and doing what we need it to do- Geeks are the best 10/10 Julian always calls back the next day to see that all is ok with what he did to my computer - We have used the Geeks 5 times and each time they arrived on time and sorted our Mac issue out every time, thanks

As a 97 yr old I find it refreshing to deal with respectful, honest professionals. Have used Super Geeks many times over the years and they have consistently lived up to my expectations. Getting the job done with a smile on their face and honest an hard working work ethic. Thank you GEEKS.

What an absolute joke, if you have any issues with your computer this company is not worth it. It's about time and money, not solving customers problems / issues. PATHETIC. I will never recommend this company to anyone

Supergeek service is great as the technician comes to your home and with most other computer services you have to take the computer to them which is very inconvenient. We have found our Supergeek technician very efficient, quick and so very helpful - would highly recommend the service to anyone.

Whilst I'm a reasonably competent computer operator I'm certainly no technician. So when a technical arises that is beyond me, I don't stress and panic, I Just Call SuperGeek. The appointments are easy and quick to make and the technicians are always on time, courteous, presentable, and always sort the problem. Too easy !

The service agent was courteous and skilled in eradicating an issue in a workmanlike manner.
I would certainly continue with this home based intervention if it was necessary in the future.

It is not the first time that I have had to make use of SuperGeek's knowhow. I have always been impressed and found them to be very attentive & courteous in the dealings with my problems, which were rectified on day & time of visit. Cannot be faulted and would recommend them to anyone requiring their PCs to be serviced/looked at. As for the cost? They definitely do not charge an arm & a leg.

I was pleasantly suprised to find the SuperGeek consultant to be punctual, coureous and knowledgable. He solved our computer and internet issues in the one visit and did not charge an arm and a leg. I was impressed that he was honest, for example if he did not know something he did not make up an answer. Instead he contacted his colleagues to solve the issue.
