Sensational Customer Service & Fast Speeds
I recently signed up with Tangerine & have been really impressed thus far. I received exemplary customer service from Stuart in technical support after I encountered difficulties setting up my BYO modem, he was so patient & professional during the call & persevered with my technophobic ways until it was working, you're the best Stuart!!! The speeds have been fast, no issues with buffering while watching Netflix, thanks to Tangerine I now have a house full of happy campers!

It’s been amazing!
The internet never had a crash and being in isolation using Netflix a lot nothing to complain at all. I would recommend to everyone who’s looking to sign up to a new provider. We just had a problem with the nbn box but they sent someone in next day to change it. Great customer service.

A very slow start
I'll be without internet for 11 days when I'm meant to be working from home.
I arranged for the NBN to be connected with Tangerine two weeks prior to moving to our new home on Monday 20th April as I knew I'd be working from home (due to COVID-19 etc). Amazing help from Arianne in Tech Support
I usually never write reviews for things but just wanted to give a little well-deserved shout out to Arianne from Tech Support. She stayed on the phone to help me troubleshoot issues with my own locked modem for more than an hour. Quick setup and great speed
Very happy with the Tangerine NBN 50 plan. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. The setup was easy and quick. It was up and running within 30 minutes. The price for this plan is very competitive as well. I was looking at many other companies and Tangerine was one of the cheapest offers. Lastly, speed is great and very reliable. Amazing service!
Great speed through all day, without any dropouts. Even in Covid time connected in just a couple of days, good customer service and experienced technicians. BYO modem is nice option, not too complicated to connect. Much more fun provider than big telcos.

Very Happy
The connection is great and the speeds are as promised, getting 46-48Mbps during the day. We have no issues working from home with video calls and online schooling has become lot easier with our new connection. We did have dropout issues during the first few days however Tangerine were very quick to resolve and the technician was very helpful.

Super fast installation and great customer service with speedy call centre.
I just started with Tangerine from 20th Apr 2020, I am so happy for the right choice. Super satisfaction about speedy installation and customer services. The NBN installed with one week after ordering, and the services Phone number 1800211112 always be answered quickly, especially in Covid-19 crisis time. Before I choose the Tangerine, I used to be with TPG & Optus, Oceandiji as well. not happy with the customer services at all, Used to wait for 1.5 hrs (optus NBN) and 1 hr(TPG ASDL2), & be hung up after that long waiting time. Highly recommended to Tangerine for everyone. Thanks Tangerine.

Saves me $20 a month
I changed from another NBN provider. The switch over was seamless and I was without internet for around ten minutes while I changed the id and password on my router. Once resumed if anything I am finding it a little more reliable than before during peak periods, though this is likely a glass half full thing.

Speedy call centre
I was on Iinet and they were horrible to deal with. An average of 45mins on hold when there was an issue and there was always an issue. Tangerine I generally can chat with someone in about 5mins and depending on the issue the person who I talked to called me back when resolved. The internet is generally pretty good, there’s often 4 of us streaming at the same time without issue. It has been cheaper than Iinet and it’s only month to month so it’s a no brainer really.

Fuss-free migration from TPG, happened within 3 days!
No speed difference as compared to TPG, getting 46Mbps download on NBN 50. Similar fast routing latency to US West Coast and Netflix as compared to TPG. However, it comes with free static IP - where most ISPs charge!

Setup I would I have thought would have been slightly more smoother with my BYO router, I had no email of account details or email on how to set passwords (not sure if this is standard practice or a glitch), however customer service where quick to send out the details by SMS. Other ISPs will have details when you login to your account on their website, Tangerine does not or I could not find them.
Using VOIP - website implied to me initially I can use my own device -again nil details sent out on setup. Customer service advised they don't allow...Read more
BYO VOIP device and advised they will send out an ATA free of charge. Would of been good to have been informed of this initially at sign up with expectations and have the ATA device sent out initially. Again Customer Service representative was excellent over the phone. The price is affordable and good .
I only paid $59.90 per month with unlimited data, and no contract . After 6 months, the cost will be $69.90 . That is still very reasonable.
The staff are very helpful and professional in handling my enquires .
The Connection is reliable, no dropouts so far .

I would like to change the standard internet password. I read that i type 192.168.20.1 in the brower and in username type 'admin' and password type 'admin' also. does nothing though.
