These guys invoice like The old days. You need to be an Astronaut to work it our. Late payment fees and bounced payment fees added on. Oh is that with GST on top. Have yet to receive an invoice for what I signed up for. When you ring up they give you a false wait time. Move on people. You get what you pay for.

We had been using mobile hotspots for our home internet up until Covid-19, when I began to work from home and the kids started schooling and doing ballet lessons on Zoom, etc. So, we needed more capacity. I searched for a good deal and came across Tangerine. Their reviews were good, and so I signed up. The modem arrived the next week and plugged in an began to work within the hour. I called technical support because it wasn't working immediately, and they were very helpful. However, in the end it just resolved itself, was a matter of time. Now works seamlessly. The whole experience was stress-free and speed has been no issue since it's started working. Would recommend no issue. Thanks!

Service operates beautifully - haven't had a problem. Moved to this company after being absolutely fed up with the wait times on the phone to have a connection problem fixed with Optus. Did have to call company to enquire to when the activation occurs after setup, spent under 15minutes on hold. Pretty good considering 8 hours with Optus.

We had to get internet in order to work from home (was using hotspot prior) took less than a week to have internet (including 2 easter public holidays) the modem was delivered, no hassle to set everything up.. simply plugged in the modem. No dropouts, would definitely recommend.

it was superisingly easy to set up account with Tangerine. got some trouble with other company before so didn't expect such good one. Have recommended it to friends and will see how it goes in future

It’s imposible to get any customer service with this company . I have tried to call then several times waited half an hour in each call then to be hanged up without anyone ever answering . When you email then . They said they reply that they will reply with in 2 or 5 days !!
Still unable to have it set up as got no technical assistance .

We had a very seamless setup process and so far a stable, speedy connection. After applying we were booked in with NBNco very quickly and were kept updated the whole way through the procesm. Our speeds sit around 44Mbps in peak times, which was pretty much spot in what was advertised. With the introductory price it was actually cheaper than our previous ADSL so we're stoked.

From technician NBN installation, to connectivity. Everything was smooth sailing.

I've had other internet providers and always experienced dropouts. Tangerine NBN has been great so far. The technical support was very helpful in the set up, and Tangerine gives me what they promised.

I used to get service from other service provider. I had always dropout and no solution. I switched to Tangerine and since then no dropouts and i am happy with speed.

Since having the service connected, we have had no interruptions with our NBN service even when running 2-3 devices and streaming (eg: Netflix). Easy set up and fast connection time. Thank you!

Great customer service and connection compared to my previous SP. Feels like an upgrade even though I’m paying the same $ for a similar bundle! Very happy so far, considering the wife, children and myself all working from home now!

First time my place is being hook to NBN and Tangerine has the lowest charge for New Development area. The technician was very efficient and works quickly and kept contact to minimum due to current covid 19 situation. I have a BYO modem and the technical support personnel was able to guide me through step by step over the phone. Very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend.

The wifi on the modem I received is not up to standard. Getting AVG 40+ MBS when connect directly to cable. Getting only up to 20mbs on wifi. 12m away with no brick walls. This is using 2.4gh. Also tried 5. No good.
Consultant was not helpful. Will be reporting this to TIO.
