I joined Tangerine a few days ago, my experience has been fantastic so far. Everything is on point and would not hesitate to recommend someone who is looking to make a switch.

No Issues at all with the service. Brought across BYO modem with no trouble at all. Service works right first time and connection speeds are reliable. Am impressed with the service so far.

Had it connected for 3 weeks now and have experienced no issues. From the start Tangerine kept me informed of the setup process with regular emails of what was happening. I choose the BYO modem options and had no problems connecting it when NBN was connected. The connection so far has been reliable with typical speeds sitting around 40 Mbps however I only get these when using the 5 GHz band through WiFi or a wired connection.

I registered and paid for service 3 weeks ago and still waiting for being online. Whenever I call customer service, I had to wait at least half an hour to find someone to speak and they're just taking notes and say goodbye. So annoying! I want to cancel my subscription and get my money back!

Made a call at 11:54 AST. Could not recall the lady's name. I just wanted to inquire about the nbn plan that they offer but the representative seemed uninterested, rude and was seemingly unwilling to talk. Good that I have chosen not to take the plan, otherwise the future consequences would have been terrible. Not even a ''one'' for customer service.

The connection was hassle free and speeds so far have been very consistent. Have been using for 3 weeks so far and there have been no noticeable drop outs to date.

Initially Tangerine was fantastic, very helpful customer service easy to call for help with quick answering operators, regular email communication.
After a few months ongoing issues kept re occurring, trying to call there help line was nearly impossible sitting on hold for well over 40 minutes each time. Regular internet drop out and disconnecting, no communication updates. Disappointing and frustrating provider.

Great service! Connected quicker than scheduled date. Speed is way better than we are used to! No drop outs so far. Easy to call or chat to online. Would recommend to anyone. UNBEATABLE PRICE!

Tangerine NBN was quick and easy to setup and has worked perfectly. Tangerine made the whole process easy and stress free. The modem arrived prior to installation and the tech was very professional. Highly recommend.

Love our internet.. no issues with service. Activated very quickly. Great prices. Had issues when we first signed up but they were very helpful and had it sorted for us asap

The whole process was easy and staff were brilliant in handling my lack of knowledge on the set-up from purchase of modem to connection of first time internet in the home. When it was connected and I had issues with the wi-fi connection Arianne Calanglang was wonderful in helping resolve the problem and talking me through the process so the wifi connection did not cut out. Apprently this can be an issue and I would recommend they alert customers to this and recommend actions involved. I have had no issues since that. Connection is fast and reliable to date. love that there is no contract and the 14 day no questions asked refund if not satisfied. Thoroughly recommend them.

No complaints at all so far. Tech support was really helpful, speeds seem really solid at day and night. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a new internet connection or plan.

Didnt need a modem as works great with my telstra one. Which was to expensive.
Would happily recommend to family and friends
And my kids have already said there are less drop outs

I was happy with the fast setup, but unfortunately speed wasn't good enough and experience internet dropouts and connection was slow with only 1 tv streaming. I found and use the speed test using the site below where they recommend tangerine. Would have stayed and try it longer as it looks promising but I didn't want to lose 14 Day risk free trial period.

Although it is early days I have found tangerine very easy to deal with. They also supplied me with my modem very quickly. I did have to call tech team that did take some time to get through (10 min) but when I finally did speak to a technician he was very helpful.

No dropouts and good speed. 50Mbps is giving me at least 40Mbps so far. Good going and I would expect the same bandwidth in coming months too!!! Perfect for me and my family.

Absolutely loving Tangerine. I had my service connected and ready to go the day I moved into my new place. They had already configured my router so just had to plug. Had to call for a little help to plug everything in and they were fantastic, very helpful and really nice on the phone. I'm so happy with my connection it reaches through to the 3rd level of our house without any issue even at night. Love it!!..

Modem arrived within 5 days, plugged it in and straight on to the net....just what we needed. Constantly getting 40mbps at all times and capable of handling all of our devices we have connected

So far so good only two months in, solid connection but has gone from constant 5mb on evenings to know sometime below 1mb. support are looking into it now and hope it is sorted but is frustrating.
