Excellent service, very impressive!!
Had a long battle with iinet but was finally resolved with me breaking away from my contract. Signed up with Teleron and they connected me within a day of me disconnecting with iinet. Response was quick with live chat. Cannot ask for more from a local company. Keep up the good work!!

Very good
I switched about 3 months ago and it's been excellent so far. Great customer service, I was set up within a couple of days and it's very fast and stable, with no disconnections. I'm paying about half what I was paying to my previous provider and I got a free upgrade to unlimited for this month, so they're keeping me very happy - recommend it.

Happy with their service
Within one day they connected me to the NBN. Had issue for the first few days with the connection as I had to restart my router every few hours. One day Rep called me to get feedback and I mentioned about the issue. From very second day issue got solved and since then connection has been stable. Very happy with their chat service too. Thank you Teleron team.

No customer service and lie after lie
They couldn't connect my NBN service and they saying that problem is with NBNCo
I asked for a clue that shows NBNCo written to them that they made an error but teleron refused

I have recently discovered the unreliability of the FTTN NBN. I have 5 days with no internet. Shoddy NBN techs. So I am curious if you offer a 4G backup like Telstra?
