I have used the Original PC Doctor for several years and they are extremely reliable, efficient and helpful. James is great and really helped to sort out some problems, including issues I didn't even realise I had! Most importantly, they come to you when they say they will and they resolve the problems. I stuffed up my email on Outlook. PC Doctor was very clear and professional on the phone regarding price and service. Tech rang to say could come earlier and arrived as indicated. After explaining my problem he was able to quickly resolve it and emails back working in 15 minutes with no loss on data. Cost was as per phone pricing. Will certainly use them again (if necessary) and will recommend.

Had all data transferred to laptop from desktop and all went very smoothly. Also installed new email accounts and some sec. software. Job very well done and would not hesitate to use this service again.

I had a hard drive crash, PC doctor came out, did the diagnosis and my drive was dead. I had a recovery of my data done, new data drive in my PC and I am as good as new. This is my second time with PC doctor and I would recommend them to anyone. Communication was frequent with calls, texts, and emails. with status updates, cost estimates, time to recover and making appointments with technician.

After a great reception on the phone and a date and time being agreed, PC Doctor arrived at my house on time and within minutes had solved a problem I had spent at least half a day trying to fix. He also solved another problem with my Apple phone and iPad. Very happy with the result at this stage.

My problem started following a major Microsoft download which left me without audio. Telstra Platinum spent many hours, spread over a couple of days trying to solve the problem, but without success. So I contacted The Original PC Doctor and was visited by their friendly technician that evening. In less than an hour he had restored my audio. He was polite, efficient and certainly knew what he was doing. Good on you PC Doctor! I'll be back.

The original problem was fairly routine and was quickly solved but then an unexpected mote complicated problem arouse. Our PC Doctor worked with great commitment and skill and solved this problem too. Very impressed

After chronic issues with a HP (Hopeless Product) x360 2-in-1, finally had these guys attend to look at the latest issue. Could not fault his professionalism, knowledge or performance....simply excellent. Just sad the hapless Notebook cannot keep up with even just casual, light duty use. Win 10 update took 39 hours recently to install....our other PC's did the same in under 3 hours....but regarding these guys.....excellent and thanks again

Thanks to Andy who quickly assessed that my PC was broken and gave me some good advice on how to replace it. Then he helped me by setting up the new PC and reloading my software. A thoroughly knowledgeable person and very prompt in his attendance. I would not hesitate to recommend the PC Doctor to anyone with a computer problem.

This was the second time we have used PC Doctor for our urgent Pc upgrades and repairs Jeremy was our technician today he was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in the quickest amount of time possible. The customer service from the time you call through to the technician is second to none and the company is a pleasure to deal with. Will be calling on Jeremy again for future upgrades.

I recently used the services of The Original PC Doctor, they were extremely prompt being able to help out with an hour of my request, the technician waiver knowledgeable and had both my Mac computers up and running with a short period of time.

The policy called “no fix no charge” turned out to be a trap. They will charge you regardless( minimum 120 bucks).
My speaker was making clicking sound. After finding out my computer had a hardware fault, the technician made a diagnosis of water spillage without opening the computer. He suggested to upgrade the system or reset it. I said no, which means denying the solution offered. So they can charge you.
After I made a complaint, i was told that “you could be double charged for one problem, if the computer cannot be fixed the first time!!”

Had problem with very slow internet wifi. After checking all possible causes, fixed with LAN cable connection to relocated wifi extender. Worked beautifully. PC Doctor are not cheap, but good and worth the charge.
