I signed up with Transdirect because my other service let me down as usual. Great tracking and best customer service. Fastest interstate parcel I have sent for a long time. Very happy and will stay here.

Very disappointed in this company! I ordered a courier service on 27th March from Bondi to Freshwater only 30 - 40 mins away. The package did not turn up the next day or any day after that. I have made 6 phone call asking why my package hadn’t been pick up and delivered. I got the same answer every time. “ Your job has been escalated to priority” 10 days later still no package. I would of picked up the package myself, but unfortunately had a car accident and can not drive at the moment, hence why I ordered a service from Transdirect. I had to cancel the service as I did not want to make a 7th phone call and listen to the same outcome.
I will not be using this service again! Very poor from staff and courier service! Big thumbs down!!!

Every aspect of the transfer of my goods surprised me in it's excellence. I had to cancel the first pick up due to a change in circumstances, was refunded immediately and able to re-book days later and everything went smoothly.

Why are we now getting these extra charges?

We use your service once a month to deliver boxes to Kennards in North Melbourne, from Sydney. Our last 2 deliveries have attracted charges at the Melbourne end for "hand unload" and "tail lift delivery" of $40 and $75 respectively. The latter is about a third of the total shipping bill. Just what is going on?

They are subcontracting very dodge third party couriers and aren't even holding them accountable for their actions

Late November, I bought a surf board from WA to be delivered to Newcastle NSW. I got the board weeks later than promised and was damaged all around. Fortunately the shop was able to compensate me by giving me credit for new items and again and so I did. Only this time, the subcontracted courier Courriers Please never delivered on the dates and finally just left the items in front of a building I am not living in anymore. Transidrect says they have no responsibility on what the subcontracted courier does and it is now up to the shop to compensate? What a joke

Absolutely shocking!

They have failed to pick up my parcels 4 times as of today, now a week after booking and rescheduled pick up 5 times! Money wasted and now left to organise an alternative solution. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Very price competitive, good customer service, easy to use download parcel labels I’m impressed. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies less hassle great. I have dealt with numerous freight companies and it offers a great service.

Bad service every time - never gets picked up first time

Bookings never get picked up the first time. This service is a nightmare!
Wait time to speak to someone when they don't pick up multiple times is always over 20mins.
Don't use this service if you want happy customers.

packages have been picked up on time
info has been good as a sender we are having trouble with getting our bar codes and receivers information
printed it takes hours or not till the next day and makes it hard for us to drive 20 kms into town and then try to catch the delivery driver we live in Gellibrand 3239 and need to drop it off in colac 3250

I booked a courier on Thursday to collect on Monday, by tuesday afternoon I ended up dropping the package at the courier's depot (job was not dispatched in a timely manner)

I called Aramex and that was a mistake from their end as the driver actually never came - we were here the entire time, with no call to confirm location. This was also on the day after the requested collection date.

After using Transdirect multiple times I have now changed & for the better. On many occasions freight simply wasn't picked up on the day. Transdirect use lame excuses & don't want to know about it. Last week I paid $180,00 for an express overnight service as we needed a sign for the Sydney Home show from Brisbane. Picked up on the Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday afternoon. When I complained about the service they just said, sorry, we don;t guarantee freight times and there will be no refund and if you want your sign back you'll have to book & pay for another pick up. So paying for a service and not receiving it is acceptable - well it's not & I need to warn others - DO NOT USE TRANSDIRECT.

Hi Transdirect, I've been waiting for a month now for a product I purchased from Brisbane, which was sent by the seller via Transdirect. I have contacted Transdirect, and your courier Fastway numerous times to get the product delivered without success. It has been an extremely frustrating experience and after a month's wait, I have never received the item. I was told by Transdirect a few times that I will be sent an update after following up with their courier but that never happened.

Hi Transdirect,

Hope to find you here because I cannot find your email support anywhere on Internet.

I have recieved email about "Under declared collection notification" about weight of package I sent via Transdirect.

I did weight 2 cartons (1 big and 1 small) as the size I declared about 38 kg.

And After the consignment was inspected, weighed and cubed by the Carrier, the corrected information is a Charged Weight of 89Kg.

It is unbelievable weight for 2 big cases and 3 small cases Dell which I won from auction. I can provide detail of items if you want. I would like to ask you send me any proof that you did re-weight the package then charging me $113 more directly in my account.

Not sure why you're asking me Bernie - I was the customer of Transdirect?? I'm not connected to the company so I can't answer your question.
One time out of the last 100+ times we've used them we've had a pick up didn't happen.
10 days after multiple follow-ups, and still no pick up.
Their final explanation was "no driver services that area", but I knew that to be false.
In the end, I left it / let the deal fall through.
