yes...it was specifically designed for the block of land. Tullipan's seem very flexible when it comes to the designs. This was very important to us as none of the other home builders could help us

Sorry to say, no this out of their building zone.

Hello - we are considering a build & Tullipan are at the top of our list - I was wanting to get an indication of build time, we are expecting our second child so timing is a big factor in our decision. I know there are many variable that would affect the completion date but just after some indication of what we would need to allow... many thanks for any input!

They issue a standard 32 week contract for the build ...just starting this pahse...but they said they mostly pull these in early..depending on weather etc..lets see.!
