I was thinking of purchasing a Archer IS200 but after reading all the negative reviews I'm not sure if it's a good decision, are they really that bad.

I have an Aurora Archer 200 series and whilst in use leaks water from the back of the unit somewhere.
Can anyone suggest why and how to fix it.

We have an Archer IS 203 which makes a hissing noise in operation after an hour or so, running on the highest setting.
It sounds like water drops hitting the top of the heater, and happens every 15-30 minutes.
Also, I get condensate leaking from the bottom of the PVC flu. Is the condensate normal, and once I seal the thread on the PVC flu where it leaks, does the heater absorb the water?

Hi the fan capacitor may be faulty 2 capacitors control the fan speeds has the heater been cleaned also renew battery's in remote and the unit cheers

Benalla chainsaws are our agents we havnt been able to solve this problem, also the remote previously did to beep 4 times but only beeps twice on & off,Is there any good gas techs in the benalla vic 3672 area Royce Smith [number removed]
