-Inconsistent pricing information from diffferent branches, site costs was significantly higher than other site work providers or engineers, negotiations were not allowed even after getting 2nd and 3rd soil test

-Cross-department communication is inefficient

-Eletrical appointment is a disaster due to very limited choice of eletrical items and there was a lot of hidden cost

-Seletced items disappeared in building drawings

Our Customer Service Consultant help us a lot, she was very patient and friendly to communicate with us, she always replied phone call or email with the timely manner. and She was very helpful and coordinated very well between us and other consultants.

Our Senior Sales Consultant & Customer Service Consultant provided us excellent assistance and support during the designing processing of all documents concerning the interior and exterior model of the house. Emails and queries were responded promptly in attempt to solve issues at any opportune moment, as they work hard to ensure that the end outcome of the house was able to accomodate and satisfy our needs and wants as the customer.

Building house for first time is stressful but choosing right builder like clarendon I relieved from stress because of getting right design and good customer service offered specially [name removed] what a as she really us lot for all the queries .I would really recommend everyone to choose clarendon to build their home.

For Clarendon as an improvement measure, fetching colour appointment (after signing Tender) time duration shall be shortened; It took a very long time for us close to a month.

Overall, we are happy with Clarendon on their services rendered to us. We look forward for their best in Construction Phase as well.

Every person from pre-construction department has helped us a lot in making selection process easy for us.. From selecting tiles to colours to electricals. Every selection department has made the process easy. Had to sign a lot of paperwork (LOL) but all worth it. Thank you [name removed], [name removed] & [name removed] for helping us.

During the pre-construction stage of my build with Clarendon I was lucky enough to deal with [name removed]. She has helped to make this a stress-free and enjoyable journey. I was well informed with what was happening during the whole process and if there were any problems I was contacted immediately and a plan was in place to solve this! The company have been fantastic since day 1 and I am extremely happy with the service provided.

Build quality is very good.
Site Construction Supervisor is good. I am not happy with the plan/draft designer engineer as my Garage is designed very bad. Its a struggle to get the car in to the garage with the design they made.
There is always a reason given when you ask questions.
Construction was completed before time which is good. there were a lot of after handover fixing and its been taken care without issues.

During our pre construction phase our customer service consultant [name removed] was very helpful giving us updated on the progress and also being a great point of call during the many decisions of pre construction that needed making. So far we cannot fault the company Clarendon and the staff we have encountered and we are hoping this smooth process continues as the build progresses.

Last week we attended our Colour Consultation with [name removed]. My wife and I found her to be extremely helpful. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She kept us well informed about the process and through the process, and quickly “dialled in” to our preferred styles, easily anticipating our needs. Immediately after our session, [name removed] quickly and accurately documented our choices, giving us confidence that our preferences were captured into our plan. We found the whole process to be highly effective.

I am particularly happy to have [name removed] and [name removed] as both contact point and site manager for construction of my knock down rebuild home by Clarendon. Their patience, professionalism and sincerity are much appreciated through the whole project! Without their great help and prompt response, I would never have my dream home finished on time!

I was very impressed with Clarendon. The whole tender price was well explained and the indicative costs were explained and a good estimate was given incorporating funds for upgrades that we would likely do. The build was managed well and our building manager always returned our calls promptly and addressed any concerns we had. Any issues were rectified as soon as practical. The quality represents excellent value for money. The fixed price build that we signed up to was a great comfort knowing the costs would not blow out. Any unknown costs were estimated and factored into the fixed price. Actually costs for these estimates ended up being less and hence our house came in under the fixed price quote.

[name removed] really did deliver the last half of the build in incredible time compared to the first half of the build. overall good experience.
