We have just entered construction stage this week. From start to finish of the pre-construction phase we have had nothing but positive experiences with Clarendon Homes in QLD. We are not only first time builders, but first home owners, and we felt incredibly supported through the entire process of the initial phase of building our dream home. From our sales consultant to our customer service consultant, we could not have have wished for more friendly, helpful or knowledgeable people. Working with the partners at our colour selection was also a joy, and a well streamlined process. So far, costs have been as expected. We look forward to continuing to work with Clarendon throughout the construction phase.

First visited the Greenhills Beach display home in early December 2022, and then the Sylvania Display Home when the sales team moved there. House selection and initial site analysis was very handled. Sales people were very informative and helpful, hand editing plans on the spot. Paid initial deposit 17-Dec-2019, through to full contract on 17-Feb-20. Initial sales quote costing, through to contract price were almost identical. Contract appointment was very well managed, and contract presenter through to customer service consultant were very helpful, and provided us with good ideas to modify the house plans to our requirements.

From beginning to the end, the staffs provide nice services. The quality of the house is good. Some time has some reason to delay, the staff providing nice explanation and solve the problem. Overall, the cost and quality is mostly acceptable. I already recommended my friend to use Clarendon to build their house. Good company and good service.

We've just completed our pre-construction stage and wanted to say a big thank you to our CSC [name removed]. She was amazing and really has made the journey so far less stressful. Always going beyond to provide prompt answers and is really knowledgeable. The main pain point for me was that we were limited in certain choices like floating cupboards in the bathrooms (which I thought was not a big deal as we have had these installed in previous renovations). They do offer it but only at a huge cost - so much that it isn't feasible to even entertain. Also other cosmetic things which should come standard but isn't. Other than that it has been a great journey so far. Hopefully our construction journey will be just as pleasant.

We entered the building experience as complete novices. We really did not know just how intensive the process would be, however, we found ourselves 100% supported through the Pre-Construction process. We are now set to commence the build. Our journey with Clarendon so far, has been a positive experience. Clarendon welcomed every query/question we had and never once did we feel like a burden, the staff were incredibly patient and took the time to clarify every query we had. My experience with Clarendon has been absolutely amazing. The customer service we have received through the whole design and documentation process has been fantastic. My partner and I could not feel more secure building with such a great builder. The colours appointment where we got to pick the interior and exterior design was not stressful at all and the options we had to choose from were great. I highly recommend building with Clarendon!

The pre construction customer service is good. They keep us updated, reply our email and phone calls very straight away. keep patience on our hundreds of questions, treate us as highly valued customer. All appointmens are easy and simple. Help me to fit the building cost to my budget. I like this team, and hope construction team is good as well.

My CSC has been great, very professional. She promptly responded to my queries and provided me with documents and information relating to my DA approvals and guided me through process of construction. That helped me a lot as I don't know much. It is my fist home build. She is very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommended her.

We are excited to be going to construction today, and the journey with Clarendon has been excellent. We are novices to the whole process but the Clarendon staff in Queensland have been fantastic in assisting us with putting together our selections and very patient in guiding us through the many steps to get to this stage.
