Bought a bed, coffee table and mattress from DeRucci. Bed frame and coffee table are fine. Delivery was done flawlessly! Can’t speak highly enough about delivery dudes.

The mattress is not what it felt like in the store and is not comfortable. Asked to return and pay more for a new one as less than 2 weeks old and was refused. My view is like other mattress providers In Australia a change should be allowed if consumer is willing to pay delivery fee and upgrade fee for a period less than 30 days.

When we walked into the store, we were wowed by the product range. However, once we assembled the console table, it was wobbly! Only 4/8 screws went into the rivets provided. Not only this, we purchased a candle stand to sit atop the console table, which too is not aligned correctly and is wobbly! Clearly disappointed and now relieved that we dint order a bed frame we loved on sight!
