As disappointed as we were by the Brokers and Pre Start meeting we were very amaze with the services provided by the consultant. We would like to give a big shout out to Daniel Lewis. He was the man that has supported us from phase 1 up to completion of the house. Very easy to deal with and had to endure our frustration through out the whole process. He was available whenever I need him (even on Sunday night and late evening).

I will definitely go back to Daniel for my next house.

The sales and design process was amazingly exciting and easy. Our sales guy, Shaun, did an amazing job. He managed to get us the home, we desired in the a great area and in budget. We had lots of requests, upgrades and changes we wanted. Shaun made it all happen.Shaun went above and beyond to help us with finance process and always answer my calls when we had questions.

The whole experience had its ups and downs. We found that our consultant was great very helpful and always had time to chat and answer questions when we called and was flexible enough to meet at times that were good for us. Our pre start consultant was good very helpful in the pre start selection process however after that we had a little trouble with a few poorly worded emails however was redeemed when a state of urgency was needed for some final documents. In my personal experience, I have found EasyStart to be awful.

Aside from the lack of inclusions that other building companies offer, the staff were personable but the standard of the property was genuinely disgusting. I posted photos of the hand over, which have coincidentally been removed from Facebook after receiving over 30 messages pertaining to the standards.

We built our house (our second build) through easy start one of summits off-shoots (every person we dealt with was summit though). Our house was highly modified from the original plan due to the gradient and layout of the land and the biggest thing.

My biggest thing was how Summit/Easy start dealt with variations to the plans. Addition often came with a huge price tag (excess 50-90% markup) and every reduction on the contract seemed underwhelming. A couple of examples were i decided to do the tiling myself.
