Steve has fantastic customer skills, is always friendly, polite, puts up with my 101 questions and attends to each customer that I have watched walk through the doors . I had excellent service today. I had an issue with an item of furniture purchased earlier in the year and i received wonderful, quick and easy service to fix it. (In addition, the look of the store is just beautiful.)

The service from Mick, Steve & Wendy was fantastically refreshing. At no stage did we feel any pressure and all our questions were answered. Nothing was a problem and there willingness to assist us in making our decision was so helpful. 5 stars is not enough for these staff.

Steve and the entire team at Bathurst are fantastic. All the furniture we’ve bought there so far is of very good quality and suited to purpose. The shop itself is well organised and easy to see what we wanted. I bought an item off the floor and it had a latch that was slightly out, Steve fixed it on the spot and help load it in to the trailer. Great experience!

We dropped by the store on a whim on our way home, and finally found the perfect leather lounge we were looking for. We also ended up buying two other items of furniture and a picture that we didn't realise we needed until we saw them! We enjoyed the whole experience - fantastic customer service from Steve and Wendy, great specials on all our purchases, and lovely store displays. We were in and out of the store within an hour, feeling very happy about the whole experience. Looking forward to our delivery in the near future. Happy to shop there again.

Michael went out of his way to help me with my purchase, he waited for me when I was slightly late in getting to the store from out of town and then he had to partially un-assemble my purchase to help me fit it in the car. This is the first time in a long time that I can say I have received excellent customer service so thank-you Michael you made my experience great.
