stunning furniture and with the current sale it's a bargain! The staff Jodie and Debbie were more than accomodating and deserve a pay rise! We came in for a coffee table and left with a dining suite, we couldn't be happier.

This will be the first place we visit next time we're in need of furniture.

Just browsing for a dining suite and Jane was so helpful attentive and informative. The store is jam packed with lovely homewares and a great range of hamptons, rustic and high end furniture. The Goma dining table we ordered is superb and exactly what we were looking for. Jane took the time while we extensively reviewed all the chairs in the shop and settled on the Montana in white. Cant wait for it to be delivered Oh we also bought some great bedside tables in Hampton style on special!

I love this shop - amazing furniture that doesn’t break the bank; and love the new styles added frequently! Today I was served by Kathleen and her service was amazing. She went out of her way to give me information regarding delivery time estimations, stock availability and did up a quote for me. In addition, she also went out of her way to try and source the best deal for me as I’m purchasing a number of products from the store, which is definitely a good to see (honouring loyal customers).
I am yet to receive my products so I cannot comment on the quality just yet. The items in the store however, appear to be excellent quality and the displays are lovely. Will continue to shop here frequently & recommend to other friends and family.

I came in today to purchase the unit/book case that matches the lounge room of furniture we purchased two weeks ago. Kathleen was so helpful and also let me be to confirm my decision to purchase as I looked around again. Great staff, great selection of furniture and no pressure. This is what makes me come back.

We were navigated around the store to be shown the different ranges of what furniture we were after. The knowledge of the sales person was outstanding. We could not be happier with the furniture we purchased. It was delivered by 2 friendly men that took care to have it all placed where we wanted it. We will be going back to Eureka Street for our next purchase.

Kathleen has been so helpful and friendly, plenty of patience with our enquiries. Great variety of furniture in store. Would recommend this store. Great sales as well and unlike other stores seem to carry stock readily available.

After seeing the lounge online, I called the Dubbo store and Jacinta was so helpful, I purchased lounge and Jacinta did all the work over the phone for me, measurements, everything. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service from Jacinta was amazing. Thank you.

Apart from selling beautiful furniture, Tash and Andrew at Eureka St, Ballina go above and beyond with customer service. I fell in love with 2 furniture pieces I simply couldn’t find anywhere else. Being from Sydney I was doubtful delivery from Ballina to my place would be possible. Tash and Andrew made it their mission to ensure my potential purchases could be delivered at a reasonable price....their efforts were successful! I CANNOT recommend the Ballina store, their products and Tash’s & Andrew’s friendly and outstanding service highly enough!

Just be before Xmas I bought a beautiful Bengal table in the Ballina store.. They were so helpful, I didn’t like the shape of the one that was sent, not a problem for them, Natasha let me exchange it for the one on the floor.
I will definitely shop there again
