This will be the first place we visit next time we're in need of furniture.

I love this shop - amazing furniture that doesn’t break the bank; and love the new styles added frequently! Today I was served by Kathleen and her service was amazing. She went out of her way to give me information regarding delivery time estimations, stock availability and did up a quote for me. In addition, she also went out of her way to try and source the best deal for me as I’m purchasing a number of products from the store, which is definitely a good to see (honouring loyal customers).
I am yet to receive my products so I cannot comment on the quality just yet. The items in the store however, appear to be excellent quality and the displays are lovely. Will continue to shop here frequently & recommend to other friends and family.

I came in today to purchase the unit/book case that matches the lounge room of furniture we purchased two weeks ago. Kathleen was so helpful and also let me be to confirm my decision to purchase as I looked around again. Great staff, great selection of furniture and no pressure. This is what makes me come back.

We were navigated around the store to be shown the different ranges of what furniture we were after. The knowledge of the sales person was outstanding. We could not be happier with the furniture we purchased. It was delivered by 2 friendly men that took care to have it all placed where we wanted it. We will be going back to Eureka Street for our next purchase.

We visited Eureka Street Furniture at Warners Bay today. We were helped out with our inquires by Debbie who was very friendly & also had a thorough knowledge of the products.The store was well set out & had a great variety of products for us to look at.

After seeing the lounge online, I called the Dubbo store and Jacinta was so helpful, I purchased lounge and Jacinta did all the work over the phone for me, measurements, everything. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service from Jacinta was amazing. Thank you.

Just be before Xmas I bought a beautiful Bengal table in the Ballina store.. They were so helpful, I didn’t like the shape of the one that was sent, not a problem for them, Natasha let me exchange it for the one on the floor.
I will definitely shop there again

Quality products that were well priced friendly and very helpful staff that would go the extra step to help plus the store was set out well so everything I was looking for was easier to find being a out of Towner new to the area it game me that family owned country town feel

Our salesperson Jane, had a remarkable product knowledge, answering all questions in detail. Very professional, helpful and a credit to the organisation. there was a wide range of product to choose from and the sales lady advised us in detail which product would best suit our needs.

The first time we went there the really friendly staff told us could pay 30 % deposit first and pay the rest once them come in. When we go there next time, a really rude staff told us to pay it all in once and when I told him I saw it can be paid by amex on the official website. He was really unpleasant with us saying that they dont take it and later on says they take with surcharg(e. I was really surprised with this appalling customer service.

Thank you to Sam who is always helpful, professional, pleasant and a wealth of knowledge to always help us with our purchases this is why we keep coming back for that fantastic service and advice. You always make our experience memorable and enjoyable.

The Tuggerah store was well presented clean and the staff were diligent in customer care greeting everyone as they came in and offered assistance when needed. Point of sale was easy with 2 very friendly staff members, i was delighted to hear of the fast turn around with the lounges i have selected. A day before delivery i was given a very precise time frame and the 2 amazing drivers delivered my lounge and took all the packaging with them. Thank you Team for such smooth and friendly service this is a great store and i highly recommend this company and in particular the Tuggerah store for future sales. They went above and beyond.

I enjoy shopping at Eureka Street Furniture because they tend to stock furniture that is a little different from the ordinary stores. The assistant, Jane, at the Tuggerah store was extremely patient and helpful. I would definitely shop there again.

Loved Sam, her customer service was amazing, very informative and attentive without being overt. Have chosen our range to buy and will order via Sam in the near future .... great service
