We were navigated around the store to be shown the different ranges of what furniture we were after. The knowledge of the sales person was outstanding. We could not be happier with the furniture we purchased. It was delivered by 2 friendly men that took care to have it all placed where we wanted it. We will be going back to Eureka Street for our next purchase.

We bought a recycled timber table and almost immediately cracks began to open up. The store replaced it however the same thing quickly started again. Budgeted specially to get a table we liked and are left $700 out of pocket with a very poorly made table. Very dissatisfied.

Purchased a book case 12 weeks ago (was told it would arrive within 4-5 weeks) finally arrived on Thursday and it is uneven and wobby... Anything I put in it falls over and my 1 year old daughter almost pulled it on top of herself. I asked them to collect the bookcase as it was a safety hazard in my household...I have no product and I have asked for a refund in which the CEO of the company has refused "you can seek legal advise if you want to see your money again"

My husband and I have no product and have $500 out of our account...it is extremely frustrating that we now need to seek legal advise to receive $500 back for a faulty product.
