Broken Products with Appalling After Sales Service
I purchased two library bookcases in January 2020 - when they arrived, they were both broken. One a small, easily fixable problem and the other with a key part broken - the piece that holds up the shelf. I contacted the sales ladies, who were very apologetic, and they made several attempts to get the bookcases looked at, with absolutely no response from head office. king mention that he got "stuck" with 'my' problem. The bookcases were faulty, this is not 'my problem' - it exemplifies a significant problem of poor quality goods marketed and priced as if they were solid furniture. He never apologized about the inconvenience to me or that the goods I had bought in good faith were broken. If I had of read this site first, I would NEVER have spent my money at Eureka. The lack of after care service and the impolite manner of their managerial staff is appalling! They should replace broken furniture without turning it into months of disruption and constant follow-up for the consumer. Absolutely disgusted in Eureka!

They sent the incorrect product. But fixed it and discounted next purchace
We purchased a 2.4 x 1.6 table and revived a 2.4 x 0.9 trable. We talked to the store and received the correct table and a large discount off dining chairs great resolution and they also picked up the old table and dropped the new one and chairs off

Don’t go there
So disappointed in the sales and service of this company. I spent a lot of money on a few items in late September (Browns Plains Store) this included some artwork a book shelf a two seater lounge (all delivered) and a Peacock Wing back chair, this I was TOLD the delivery would be the first week in November!
But I have now been informed from the store (after I chased them up) that they are not sure when it will come, probably not until after Christmas!
YOU have been paid for something you have not provided nor can give me a delivery date!

Poor customer service
We ordered a mirror early July and paid a deposit. Told it would arrive in first week September. It's now nearly halfway through October and we are told the mirror has arrived at the warehouse ready for collection. As we live in the country, we organise our trips into town as we are time poor. We ring and pay for the mirror today only to be told that we cannot pick it up for two days. It's takes the warehouse staff two days to locate it, check it and have it ready. Terrible customer service and average product quality
We bought a diamond dining table, a buffet and a few other things in April 2017 from Brown Plains's Eueka Street Furniture store (besides to Harvey Norman) and received the items around the end of May. We were not satisfied with some received products. The dining table and buffet had quite many dents on the top surface and other surface. The chairs were poorly painted. company again. Beware that what they delivered will be what you got. Below was what we got upon issues. 1. Very bad customer service. We emailed many pictures about the issue UPON their request. But they did not reply email after 10 days. They replied promptly after I said I would leave bad review online. 2. Quality issue was not an issue because they think it is all "Normal". When we pointed out the flaws on the product, they insisted they were all "Normal". It is "normal" regardless of what the actual quality is. 3. Bad customer support again. At last, one stuff in store agreed to exchange some item for us. But that never happened. They did not inform you any update and silently ignore your emails.Similar opinion? Bad service & terms
We are so very annoyed with this company. First they make us pay a 30% deposit then let you WAIT a long------times (Months) to get your furniture, when the furniture finally arrive in they warehouse they insisted you make the final payment. Then you have to wait for 2 days before you can pick it up ONLY during the work hour 7 to 2.
When we rang ask for earlier pick up, instead of Sat (We paid it on Monday) we had been informed we have to wait for another 2days. It's like a never ending story, now I can truly understand why the retail are doing so badly purely poor customer service.

Bad quality
We bought a fabric couch (whitehaven) about a month ago and the couch is already pilling and is faded in spots despite the fact nil sun reaches it! Poor quality and very dissatisfied with this product. Also the customer service in the browns plains store is of a poor quality. The manager is rude, passive aggresive and unapproachable. We will be taking this further and do not recommend Eureka for their products or customer service. Very disappointing!

Very bad customer service
My husband and I bought a whole package deal at the end of Febuary and were told some items weren't due in till end of March.
This was fine with us until April came. I rang store to find out where the chairs were and were told they hadn't come in yet. I told them we had nothing to sit on so gave us floor stock from different stores. They were different colour whites! Rang and told them, they said they would ring us when new stock comes in. After numerous phone calls and staff not knowing anything for 5 months we finally got new chairs.
Please don't pay up front like we did! It is now August. That was the worst customer service ever experienced!!

DISGUSTED
We purchased a Victorian Lounge in 2015. We have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with it. To begin, approx 12 weeks after ordering, it arrived with a damaged corner piece, one of the seperator pieces [with drink cup holders] wouldn't close properly, the drink cup holders on the other seperator piece were scratched, and we had ordered an additional 1.5 recliner only to receive the wrong one. er at Eureka Street Browns Plains left me feeling like we were a right pain in her backside. In the end, she simply said they'd refund us, which we said no to, as we wanted the lounge we had waited more than three months for. NOW, less than 12 months later, the electric chaise recliner has something wrong with it. It won't come back to the normal position which means the back of it sits approx 2 inches lower than the rest of the lounge, and when we are bringing it back up from the reclinining position, it makes a loud crunching noise. Not happy at all, and I'll be contacting the store and head office again first thing Monday to discuss the refund previously offered on this faulty lounge. I doubt I will purchase from Eureka Street furniture ever again despite liking the 'look' of their furniture. The quality and customer service leaves a lot to be desired.Similar opinion? This is why we cant have nice things...
When moving into a brand new place my partner and I thought it was time to buy "nice things". And the answer to the age old question is... We cant have nice things because when we think we are buying good furniture we are actually tricked into buying poorly made, bad quality scrapwood.

We called and someone came out to replace the chase, and he rudley told my partner he must have been jumping on the lounge.... we are adults, we don't jump on our furniture. Long story short, the replacement chase has also broken, and the stuffing in the lounge has gone lumpy and uneven. The top slat under our heads on our bed also broke. I looked under the bed one day and there is was on the floor. The handles on the dresser are also constantly falling off and needing to be reattached. "quality" computer desk fell apart
Bought a computer desk from the Browns Plains store and the waited and waited to be served despite standing just across from the counter, i nearly walked out.
I picked up the desk from the warehouse and not long after getting it house and draws were difficult to open and close but i put up with it and much later noticed the section that the runners were screwed to started to fall apart from the weight from the files, NO GLUE WAS USED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION of the desk.
