Amazing looking furniture and excellent quality! They have amazing range to make create a real sense of home! The staff in the Townsville branch are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to help their customers. Would highly recommend this shop!

Easy store to navigate with product set out by category outside/inside the range was awesome with some really quality products and great prices. We brought a outdoor solar style couch and the product is fantastic. Would go back again and recommend to others.

We found what we were looking as soon as we walked in and fell in love with it immediately. There were several other pieces in the store we would love to acquire. The Hamptons library units are of superior quality and look perfect in our heritage home. The staff in store Mei and Ruty were very Friendly and accomodating and even rang the owner to see if we could negotiate the purchase on our behalf.

Great store, lots of range. Bought a bookshelf! High quality and delivery was fantastic. I live up a unit and delivery was easy and handled by store. Heather in the store was great to deal with, allowed me to take many measurements and gave us a great deal. Great service!

We have purchased the Arcadia lounge,Provence Refactory Table and 8 cane chairs last year. We are very happy with the price Heather has offered us for these, and we have found the quality of all our furniture extremely good. Today we brought the Hamptons entertainment TV unit and once again was looked after by Heather who treated us like family. As we are on the email list for Eureka, we are always kept up to date with specials and new stock. Thanks Eureka and Heather, we will be back.

My dad and I went to Eureka a month ago and I soon fell in love with the shop. I purchased a beautiful silver mirror. Gayle helped us and was fantastic and really friendly. I have since brought 2 friends back to purchase the same mirror.

Visited the store in cairns & was impressed with the furniture choices. The staff member, I think her name was Bryanne was an asset to the store. She was very helpful allowing us to move the chairs through the store to work out which table we preferred. She gave us time to decided & make our choice with still showing us some other choices. Not pushy at all. You had a sale on so she explained the cost saving & told us when the sale was over. Very friendly too.

So in love with my new table from the recycled timber range!!! She fits in perfectly with our new outdoor area. Love this store,staff & timber smell I store is divine

Staff refused to process a sale for 1 floor stock chair which we were wanted to pay for and uplift immediately but because they were “closing and had done the banking for the day”
we were told to “Come back tomorrow”
Retail is a tough business to be in today but these employees don’t care. Even contacted the Head office to complain and no action was taken. I’ll never shop there again but this company won’t be around in the future with employees like this.

Purchased dining suite. Table was delivered with unacceptable markings all over it. Refunds are no option with this company. Just more inconvenience and no customer service for the client. Arranged replacement table which was delivered after 3 attempts (more wages lost and no care given) only to be even worse than the original table with scratches and spill stains all over it. Delivery guy even stated bad experience with furniture from this company. He stated he wouldn’t accept this table either. Once you purchase - this company sends dented, scratched or broken furniture. DO NOT deal with Eureka Street Furniture. Apparently they think it is acceptable to deliver like this!!!! Well we will see what QCAT says!

Store layout was beautiful, well considered. Tina,Bryanne were helpful, very friendly. Quality of lounge is excellent. Private collection of lounge suite was seamless, staff were more than obliging to assist.
