Easy store to navigate with product set out by category outside/inside the range was awesome with some really quality products and great prices. We brought a outdoor solar style couch and the product is fantastic. Would go back again and recommend to others.

Visited the store in cairns & was impressed with the furniture choices. The staff member, I think her name was Bryanne was an asset to the store. She was very helpful allowing us to move the chairs through the store to work out which table we preferred. She gave us time to decided & make our choice with still showing us some other choices. Not pushy at all. You had a sale on so she explained the cost saving & told us when the sale was over. Very friendly too.

Store layout was beautiful, well considered. Tina,Bryanne were helpful, very friendly. Quality of lounge is excellent. Private collection of lounge suite was seamless, staff were more than obliging to assist.

We recently moved to Port Douglas and renovated our home, so came the task to furnish. Eureka St Furniture in Cairns is my go to store and my husband says I am addicted to it! I love this store. 90% of our new furniture is from here and it is the Solar whitewash range. It looks amazing and visitors always ask where did I get it. Byanne and Sonyia have always been helpful and it is great that you can buy off the floor if available and take with you. The prices are very competitive and this is why I am a repeat customer.

Promised a five year warranty
When claiming under warranty after one year, the failure of the recliner mechanism, initial response was this not covered - "one year only". .
Warranty documentation and Australian fit for purpose law confirms a five year warranty.
Regional manger [name removed] subsequently agreed to rectify under the supplied five year warranty and gave date for rectification, revised on several occasions.
None of several revised dates have been met.
Issue now placed in the hands of small claims court.

I purchased 2 bedside tables however when I got them home they were to big and I returned them straight away and then was refused a refund after a week of ringing I was offered my refund and was then charged $49.00 out of my refund was disgusting, to process this so called refund for me buying off the floor packing and unpacking my own car to then be charged a fee is beyond my belief be carful of this company as they are not customer focused at all just money grabbing to charge a customer for a refund, so it cost me $49.00 to walk in there door!!

I was very pleased with another purchase conducted with Fiona at the Cairns' store. I brought a polished Mango wood, brass fitted cabinet at a better price than competing outlets; more over, it was immediately available and even delivered in less than 24 hours. I was very pleased to talk about the pricing and generally with Fiona to achieve, yet again, a good outcome. It's nice to know that all store staff are genuinely friendly and try their very best to deliver excellent service whilst I personally find Fiona to further excel each time. I find that the store too is filling a gap in the market place with their new lines. Well done Eureka Street Furniture, Cairns.

I recently purchased a few big items of furniture for my new home. I searched Cairns and could find nothing to equal the stock at Eureka Street. I visited the store a few times, and the sales team were wonderful - really friendly, very genuine and helpful.
