Excellent Service and Advice
We would like to thank Tatini from the Morayfield store for the guidance, help and advice she gave us on a recent visit. Her knowledge of the products, time frames, ability to answer various questions etc. was a great help. Her warmth and friendliness was genuine and I would not hesitate to recommend a visit to this store.

Terrible service and attitude.
Staff refused to process a sale for 1 floor stock chair which we were wanted to pay for and uplift immediately but because they were “closing and had done the banking for the day”
we were told to “Come back tomorrow”
Retail is a tough business to be in today but these employees don’t care. Even contacted the Head office to complain and no action was taken. I’ll never shop there again but this company won’t be around in the future with employees like this.

Very poor customer service at Morayfied store
I have been waiting since January for a chaise lounge. I was told it would be here end of January it’s middle of March and I’m still waiting. Each time I have called they say it’s coming. I also bought an outdoor setting which is in stock but won’t deliver without me paying a delivery fee for it as well as the chaise when it comes in. I have paid the full amount but they will not refund me and so far have not received any call back from the manager or answer to my email. I strongly recommend to purchase elsewhere. I imagine all the eureka stores would be the same.

Great purchasing experience from start to finish
I loved the range of furniture to choose from and was impressed by all of the staff that assisted. Both in store and at the warehouse administration. We love our lounge that we purchased and so does all of the family.

High prices for low quality and awful customer service
I will never shop with Eureka Street Furniture again. We bought a 9 piece dining set in November 2015 (approx $3000) and took delivery of the table a week later after being told the chairs would arrive in early December - in time for us to host Christmas lunch at our place. The chairs were finally delivered in early February (after Christmas and family birthday functions had been held on loaned chairs). I had to push for them to offer some kind of remedy - in the end they loaned us some chairs for about 3 months. I can only assume that someone...Read more
else bought these chairs secondhand but paid brand new prices. I also bought a rocking chair at the same time and now, less than 2 years later, it is falling to pieces because it was badly made (it looked fine when we bought it). After contacting the company, I was told that $200 for 2 years of use of the chair was acceptable to them (and that it was a great deal because it had been reduced). I don't agree at all! I will now have to pay someone to fix the chair so it is safe to sit on. We bought the rocking chair as a quality piece of furniture that we could pass on to our kids. How wrong were we? This company is obviously just about money, not customer service or standing behind their products. I can only hope our dining suite holds together longer than the chair did.Similar opinion?
