So in love with my new table from the recycled timber range!!! She fits in perfectly with our new outdoor area. Love this store,staff & timber smell I store is divine

Staff refused to process a sale for 1 floor stock chair which we were wanted to pay for and uplift immediately but because they were “closing and had done the banking for the day”
we were told to “Come back tomorrow”
Retail is a tough business to be in today but these employees don’t care. Even contacted the Head office to complain and no action was taken. I’ll never shop there again but this company won’t be around in the future with employees like this.

Purchased dining suite. Table was delivered with unacceptable markings all over it. Refunds are no option with this company. Just more inconvenience and no customer service for the client. Arranged replacement table which was delivered after 3 attempts (more wages lost and no care given) only to be even worse than the original table with scratches and spill stains all over it. Delivery guy even stated bad experience with furniture from this company. He stated he wouldn’t accept this table either. Once you purchase - this company sends dented, scratched or broken furniture. DO NOT deal with Eureka Street Furniture. Apparently they think it is acceptable to deliver like this!!!! Well we will see what QCAT says!

Store layout was beautiful, well considered. Tina,Bryanne were helpful, very friendly. Quality of lounge is excellent. Private collection of lounge suite was seamless, staff were more than obliging to assist.

I bought marble stone dining table. The stone has dents and scratches and we have immediately informed the delivery man. He stated contact company he can't do any thing. Contacted the store and the manager came personally to inspect the stone. She identified and agreed with dents and scratches, and stated she will ask company to swap it. She took the photos as well. The company called me and stated these defects are normal with our products and not going to swap it. They ask me to go to Fair Trading if I wish.

I received fantastic service from Sharon in Slacks Creek Eureka Street furniture. She was patient, knew her product and was able to advice what stock they had at the moment. I purchased a dining setting which was delivered within 3 days and I have ordered a buffet as well which will be delivered in the early new year. The delivery staff were also lovely. They called first and texted an estimated time of delivery. Thank you for a quality product and amazing service. I am hoping now to save up for more from the Cannes range. Regards Stacey

My wife and I purchased some really beautiful furniture from the MacGregor QLD store in July 2022, we where very happy at the time of our purchase, and looked forward to the arrival of the furniture for our new home. We have received over a few months most of our furniture, but are still waiting for our king size bed frame. Which apparently will show up in January 2020 awesome not.

Ordered some furniture there, Jenna was amazing and helpful and went the extra mile. Made things so much easier for me,at a busy time. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for all the help.

Tina, Skye and the manager (whose name we do not know) were very, very helpful and friendly.
I am also pleased to say that our furniture arrived on the day we had arranged and all in good order. Great quality too - worth paying for.
