We recently bought a product from Diana at the Virginia store. When she said she'd email, she did right away. And she rang to let us know our order was here and ready a month early. Do not purchase from this company as they do not deliver on goods. I paid cash back in April UPFRONT for goods that were to be received in early May and I am still waiting for the goods plus $100 Delivery Fee on top of this. There has bee no communication and we have been told you are not entitled to a refund. So the consumer is in the wrong because they have paid cash and have waited 10 weeks for the goods.

We recently moved to Port Douglas and renovated our home, so came the task to furnish. Eureka St Furniture in Cairns is my go to store and my husband says I am addicted to it! I love this store. 90% of our new furniture is from here and it is the Solar whitewash range. It looks amazing and visitors always ask where did I get it. Byanne and Sonyia have always been helpful and it is great that you can buy off the floor if available and take with you. The prices are very competitive and this is why I am a repeat customer.

Had an amazing experience with the staff finding the perfect solution for our small space. They gave me a number of options to concerts a cabinet into a bathroom vanity for a third of the cost of a custom made piece. So grateful.

Bought 2 bedside table and 1 chest as picture shows "can someone tell me they are SILVER?". But a few weeks later when i arrange the delivery they told me the bedsides are silver. I went to the store with my picture, their staff didn't even look at the them and said to me "I don't care, I am telling you the bedside are silver." So, I told them if the colour are different just refund the chest and get the bedside table. They told me they never do refund they only give store credit. And this had been a few weeks, really had enough with them.

A few weeks back the Tuscany Double Door 4 Draw Display cabinet was advertised at $949.00 By the time my wife and I could get together and visit to view the item its price is $1,329.00.
Comment from the staff was "thats the price". Not even an attempt to see if the old price was still possible.

This store has so many great products, I found exactly what I was looking for! Every time I walk into this store everyone is so warm, welcoming and willing to lend a hand. I was immensely satisfied with their customer service. The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products on display.
