Product was on display and in stock. Helpful staff at Point of purchase and loading dock. Easy to assemble and great value for money. Would have no problem recommending FF to anyone.

The store is well set out,clean and bright. We have bought several items of furniture and home furnishings from the Balgowlah store over several years and really can't fault anything. The furniture is what it is,handy and inexpensive

Very easy to navigate and the staff were there to assist if required. Able to browse at my own pace and my purchases we carried to the car for me also.

Friendly, helpful staff. Good choice of furniture at a reasonable price. All I needed was conveniently in stock. I could choose to pick up directly or have everything delivered. Very happy with the service as a whole.

It was great service, can't fault it but it would have been nice if they had made me aware that they had a massive sale the next day as it would have saved me hundreds of dollars, so for that, I'm a bit disappointed

Ordered a 2seater sofa in April was told it would be 4 to 6 week's delivery...phoned 4weeks to find out when I could expect delivery and was told... another 4to6 weeks!!!Seriously no explanation why...just. that's the way it is!! I opted for a refund because I have never had to wait that long for any thing ....I have bought from Fantastic Furniture before with no problems but will never buy or recommend them again.

I called the store up asking if they had a specific chair and if they had all the 3 colours as per online. Spoke to a guy who said yes. I asked if I could buy the one colour over the phone and my boyfiend would pick it up in less than 1 h. He said no I cannot take payment over the phone. My boyfriedn went and the chair had been sold online 5 min before he got there. I had no idea that that was possible and was expecting it to be there when he got there! What bout saying its only 1 left and if you pay online now its yours. He left empty handed and I am so angry. So angry. Called them up and no nothing. Didnt care at all. Horrible service and misleading information.

Only main reason - the delivery haven’t been fixed the bed frame into our room . They told us we can fix by our ownself.
However the delivery of the product was quick and the bed mattress is easy to handle coming from the box.loved it but we bought the wrong size and it’s too small for my partner’s height.
We called the store if it’s possible to return it but it weren’t possible . Bad forbus though .

It is very easy to navigate the store as it is conveniently located. I was pretty much satisfied with the products that I wanted.In addition, I am very much satisfied with the quality of products I bought.

I looked online to find the right bed for my new room and then saw that the Balgowlah store had it stock. Visited the store and checked out the bed and purchased it, it even fitted in my car saving me the delivery fee, yay! Jayme who served me was lovely and very helpful. The bed looks great and was easy to assemble and all the hardware was in the packaging, which is always a bonus. I will be back!

The rang of furniture could be more updated,, like VOGUE is a great range, but needs more added pieces, like more modern coffee table, more variety of bedroom and living range. Quality is very good. Staff very professional,polite. Definitely there is a need of proffessional people to assemble the furniture for customers
