Purchased 3 items from the Havana Line a nest of tables lowline entertainment unit and buffet.
All items were flat pack being aged asked if they knew of anyone who could put them together
for us. They gave us a card from Dean's Mobile Handyman Service we contacted Dean and he came the

Was all set to buy an office table at another store, but drove past Fantastic Furniture and decided to go in. Found a table I liked better and it was also cheaper. The staff member was very helpful and printed out info for me. The table came flat pack and I had to assemble it, but all parts were there and the instructions were clear.

I looked in the catalogue and then viewed online for my couch. Went to my local store and had the staff assist me in making sure I was buying the correct couch and helped with color and fabric options. Very tiday store and easy to navigate. Staff are helpful, without being pushy.

We were happy to brouse and sit on the lounges and look at the different range of furniture styles. Staff member Jake spoke to us and offered help. When we were ready to decide it was easy to talk to Jake and he was very friendly and helpful. The store was easy to move around for us being that my partner is blind it was a great help to be able to go from one area to another. I found the style of lounge, hall and dinning pieces that I wanted and the price was within our budget. The quality of the furniture is great and the whole shopping experience did not feel pushed or rushed.
