Love my furniture
I always get great customer service. Purchasing process is very quick. Love my furniture and rug. My children especially love the rug as it's sold and thick for them to sit on. We've also bought bedroom packages and dinning table and chairs in the past and are still extremely happy with them.

A really pleasant and quick experience
I purchased in store after research by researching online. It was a great experience from go to woh. Staff were very helpful. Especially with four children in tow, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get what I was after and leave.

Love my new stuff.
I love all my new items, bookshelf, lounge, wall print and counter chairs. But the wait time on the lounge and bookshelf was ridiculous. 9 weeks for the lounge, which I'm still waiting on and 7 weeks on the bookshelf.

Customer service was unreal!’
The customer service was fantastic I went into the store and took everything home with me that day. The staff was incredibly helpful showing me all ranges they had and colours in particular lounges I was interested in and even matched the decors for me...

Bad service at first and rip off delivery contractor
In store
Purchase was messy until another sales person got involved.
Over priced delivery only got drop and run left me with the assembly and to get rid of there rubbish not bad money for 10 minutes work.

The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. They put up with me measuring the furniture and helped me pick the perfect chairs to match the dining table. The staff also helped keep my four year old amused so that I could measure everything and make sure I got all the furniture I had on my list.
